A Research On The Optimization Of Internal Control Of Animal Husbandry Enterprises

With the rapid growth of the economic benefits of the animal husbandry industry and the continuous expansion of the scale of animal husbandry companies,animal husbandry has transformed into a pillar industry for economic development in many regions,and has become one of the main industries that stimulate new vitality of China’s rural economic development.Although animal husbandry companies are showing an unstoppable trend on the road of continuous improvement,they also continue to encounter various challenges.During this process,the internal control problems of the company emerged one after another,and they hampered the pace of development and growth of the animal husbandry enterprise.The research object of this paper is the animal husbandry enterprise A,which is the largest animal husbandry company in the S province.With the constant changes of internal and external risks,the internal control of animal husbandry enterprise A is in a passive situation,and the enterprise management has not formed a scientific,standardized and comprehensive internal management system,so it is urgent to optimize its existing internal control system.This paper firstly sorts out the development of the internal control theory of enterprises,and evaluates the internal control system of A livestock enterprise through the tomographic analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Carry out in-depth research,find the existing problems,and finally propose an optimization plan.When studying the main problems existing in the internal control management of A animal husbandry enterprise,the thesis mainly evaluates from five aspects: internal environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication,and internal supervision.Conduct an analysis to look for risk factors that exist or may exist,and explore why.Finally,based on these problems,a number of internal control optimization schemes are proposed in a targeted manner.The research results of this paper can not only provide suggestions for the internal control construction of A animal husbandry enterprise,but also provide reference for the internal control construction of other animal husbandry enterprises.
