| Green agricultural development is an important part of ecological civilization construction,an inevitable requirement for implementing the new development concept and promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform,a prerequisite for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and of great significance for ensuring national food security,resource security and ecological security.Rice is the most important grain crop in Taihu Lake region.Promoting the development of green rice production is of great significance to the green development of agriculture in this region.Taking Zhangjiagang City as the object,this study analyzed the current situation and main effects of green agricultural development in the city.Through questionnaire survey of farmers in Yangshe Town,Jinfeng Town,Tangqiao Town,Fenghuang Town and Changyin Shaxifan District(demonstration area)with large rice planting area,descriptive statistics and linear econometric model were used.From the four aspects of individual characteristics of farmers,family environment characteristics,soil plot characteristics and resource technology characteristics,the cognition of farmers to rice green production and the main factors affecting the adoption of rice green production technology were analyzed,so as to provide reference for how to promote rice green production at the micro level of farmers in this region.The main research results are as follows:1.In 2021,the rice planting area in Zhangjiagang will account for 37.47%of the crop area,and the rice output will account for 68.61%of the total grain output.Rice occupies the most important position in the grain crop production.In 2021,compared with 2017,the nitrogen fertilizer use decreased by 33.33%,and the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer structure tended to be reasonable.Pesticide use tends to decline on the whole,showing an imbalance between towns.2.The individual characteristics of farmers,family environment characteristics,soil plot characteristics,resource technology characteristics,as well as the understanding of rice green production technologies such as rice weight loss and drug reduction technology,and the importance of rice green production such as the harm of excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer,the harm of excessive application of chemical pesticides,and the benefits of straw returning to the field were analyzed statistically.It was found that 78.30%of farmers adopted fertilizer saving technology in rice production,73.58%adopted medicine saving technology,63.21%adopted water saving technology,and 83.02%adopted straw returning technology.3.Using linear econometric model,16 factors such as farmer’s age and cultural characteristics,family income characteristics,land characteristics,training status were taken as explanatory variables,and four explained variables were whether to adopt fertilizer saving technology,medicine saving technology,water saving technology and straw returning technology.The main factors influencing rice green production technology were analyzed.In terms of individual characteristics of farmers,the age of farmers has a significant negative impact on the adoption of fat-saving technology,the farming years have a significant positive impact on the adoption of fat-saving technology,and the education level of farmers has a significant positive impact on the adoption of water-saving technology.In terms of household environmental characteristics,the total agricultural income of the family last year had a significant negative impact on the application of fertilizer saving technology,water saving technology and straw returning technology,the scale of rice planting had a significant positive impact on the application of fertilizer saving technology and straw returning technology,and the family farming population had a significant positive impact on the application of drug saving technology.In soil plot characteristics,plot distribution has a significant positive effect on the application of drug saving technology.In terms of resource technology characteristics,compared with spreading method,lateral deep fertilization method has a significant positive influence on the application of fertilizer saving technology,drug saving technology and straw returning technology,and the number of farmers’participation in vocational skills training has a significant positive influence on the application of drug saving technology and straw returning technology.Compared with those who participated in the training of village cooperatives and other departments,farmers who participated in the training of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau had a significant negative impact on the adoption of the medicine saving technology;farmers who participated in the training of agricultural technology stations had a significant positive impact on the adoption of straw returning technology;rice irrigation methods used by farmers had a significant negative impact on the adoption of water saving technology.Compared with households using spray method,farmers using UAV spraying method have a significant negative impact on straw returning technology. |
