In recent years,strawberry production in China has developed rapidly.At present,the annual output of strawberries in China is more than 3 million tons,the highest in the world.However,compared with the advanced strawberry producing countries in the world,such as Japan,Turkey and Poland,strawberry production in China is low and the fruit quality is poor.In this study,strawberry growth,fruit yield and quality were studied by two bank regulation methods:thinning fruit and plant growth regulator.The thinning of strawberries is based on"Hongyan" strawberry variety,which can reduce the reservoir strength moderately by artificial thinning of strawberries,so as to increase the yield and improve the quality of strawberry plants by controlling the amount of flowers,fruit and the distribution of fruit on the plants.Plant growth regulators were used to treat strawberry cultivars such as "Hongyan"and "Xiangye".The plant growth regulators were used to improve the stock strength and regulate the growth and development,so as to increase yield and improve quality.The main findings are as follows:1.The experimental results of flower and fruit thinning on "Hongyan" strawberry showed that the single fruit weight,soluble solids,and average yield per plant of "Hongyan"strawberry were all regulated.Among the three treatments,treatment 1(retaining 5 fruits in the first batch of inflorescences,3 fruits in the second batch of inflorescences,and 3 fruits in the third batch of inflorescences)effectively increased the single fruit weight,soluble solids,and average yield per plant of Hongyan strawberry.2.Exogenous clopipiride(CPPU)treatment was carried out on "Hongyan" and"Xiangye" strawberries,and the results showed that different concentrations of CPPU had a significant effect on the yield and quality of strawberry fruit.At 20 mg/L,the fruit weight and vitamin C content of Cabernet Strawberry were the highest,while the fruit weight,soluble solids and vitamin C content of Fragrance Strawberry were the highest.At 30 mg/L,the soluble solids were the highest in Mahogany Strawberry,but there was no significant difference between the treatment and other concentrations.At 40 mg/L,the average yield of mahogany and fragrant strawberries per plant was significantly increased compared to control.The combined analysis had a significant effect on strawberry quality at 20 mg/L,30 mg/L and 40 mg/L,with the best results at 20 mg/L.3."Hongyan" and "Xiangye" strawberries were treated with exogenous DA-6.The results showed that different concentrations of DA-6 had different effects on the yield and quality of strawberry fruit.".Among them,20 mg/L DA-6 treatment significantly improved the single fruit weight,soluble solids,hardness,and average yield per plant of Hongyan strawberry,while the single fruit weight,hardness,vitamin C content,and average yield per plant of Xiangye strawberry reached the highest;The soluble solid content of Xiangye strawberry reached the highest under the treatment of DA-6 with a concentration of 30 mg/L,but there was no significant difference compared to other concentration treatments;Treatment with DA-6 at a concentration of 40 mg/L resulted in the highest vitamin C content in red strawberry;The effect of DA-6 treatment on the fruit shape index of Hongyan and Xiangye strawberry varieties was not significant.Comprehensive analysis shows that 20 mg/L treatment has the best effect.
