Shandong Province has a vast territory, rich land resources, many types, and obvious advantages in hydrothermal coefficient and light temperature. It is one of the main producing areas of wine grapes in China. However, the landforms of Shandong Province are complex and diverse, with large climatic differences and various soil types.Soil is the material basis for the survival of grapes, and represents an important regional feature in the terroir.Good soil can meet the requirements of fruit trees for water, fertilizer, gas and heat,so that fruit trees can obtain high yields.Soil geology and soil nutrients affect the growth, yield and quality of wine grapes, and play a key role in the production of its unique flavor substances.Through a large number of sampling studies and experiments, this study comprehensively analyzed the soil physical and chemical properties and biological properties of different wine grape growing areas in Shandong Province, and evaluated the soil quality through different soil quality evaluation methods,in order to cultivate high-quality soil and improve Soil structure provides a theoretical basis for improving soil nutrients. The main findings are as follows:1.The soil in the Dezhou planting area, located in the plains of northwestern Shandong,is strongly alkaline and has high water content. The soil is rich in alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available potassium, microbial biomass nitrogen and microbial biomass phosphorus;Haiyang on the south coast of the Jiaodong Peninsula The planting area is neutral soil with low soil water content, and other physical and chemical indicators and biological indicators are at the third and fourth levels;the soil in the Penglai planting area on the north coast of the Jiaodong Peninsula is neutral and the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the soil is relatively high.Low;The soil in the Tai’an planting area in the hilly area of central Shandong is neutral, and the total nitrogen content is relatively rich, but the alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen content that can be absorbed and utilized by plants is low,and the microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen are also relatively rich;located in the rainy season in southern Shandong The soil in the Zaozhuang planting area is neutral and has a high content of available phosphorus.2.Due to the influence of plant root growth and fertilization, the content of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, and microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus gradually decrease with the increase of soil depth.3.According to the soil quality index evaluation method,it is concluded that the soil quality in Tai’an is the best, followed by Haiyang, middle in Dezhou, poor in Zaozhuang, and the lowest in Penglai.
