| In the context of precision agriculture,more requirements are put forward for agricultural machinery.Wheat,as the main grain crop in China,is of great significance to China’s food security.In the process of wheat production,the crop sowing machine plays an important role.The seed-discharging device is the core component of the wheat seeding machine.As the execution component of wheat seeding,its reliability directly affects the performance of the wheat seeding machine.In this paper,based on the two performance objectives of sowing consistency and sowing uniformity,a kind of seed arrangement device with hollow wheel was designed to support precise sowing of wheat.Based on the three design requirements of quantitative seed filling,stable seed filling and uniform seed flow,the key components of the seed metering device were designed to solve the problems of unsuitable type hole and insufficient sowing quantity in the seed metering device.In the EDEM simulation software,the installation Angle and hole size of the brush were optimized,and the feasibility of improving the seed filling rate of the diversion channel was verified.Through the seed performance test,the overall seed performance of the hole-hole wheel seed-row device was obtained.The results of this study are of great significance to the spread of fine wheat seeding technology.(1)Based on the performance objectives of the seed metering device,the design requirements of the socket wheel type seeding device and the problems of the socket wheel type seeding device for sowing wheat,the key components of the socket wheel type seeding device were designed,including:Eye wheel,seed cleaning brush,seed guard and seed pusher,etc.The SolidWorks 3D modeling software was used to build the 3D model of the hole and hole wheel seed metering device.(2)Carried out the EDEM discrete element simulation test of the socket wheel type seeding device.In the EDEM discrete element simulation software,the function verification test,single-factor influence test and response surface optimization test were carried out.The simulation results show that the diversion groove can effectively improve the seed filling rate;through the response surface optimization test,the optimal parameters are obtained:the socket length size is 7mm,the installation angle of the seed cleaning brush is 45°,and the socket wheel type seeding The equipment processing and bench test are pavement.(3)The bench test of the socket wheel type metering device has been completed.The hole-hole wheel type seeding device was tested for seeding consistency and seeding uniformity.The test materials were Ningmai 23 and Yangmai 20.In the seeding consistency test,a seeding consistency test with a rotation speed of 15-35r/min was carried out on the socket wheel type seeding device.The test results show that the sowing rate of Yangmai 20 and Ningmai 23 is positively correlated with rotation speed.n the seeding uniformity test,the uniformity test of three rotation speeds of Ningmai 23 and Yangmai 20 at 2 cm and 3 cm plant spacing was completed.The test results show that the qualified rate of seeding decreases with the increase of rotation speed,and the rate of missed seeding increases with the increase of rotation speed.Except when the theoretical plant spacing is 2cm and the rotation speed is 30r/min,the pass rate of the nest-eye-round sowing of Yangmai 20 is 79.25%,and the rest are above 80%.The designed seeding device meets the requirement of precise sowing of wheat. |
