Animal husbandry is one of the main industries for the development of ethnic minority areas in China,of which livestock feed production occupies an important position.However,the current level of automation of pellet feed processing and production equipment is low,and the monitoring system is not perfect.Based on the11JKZ-1000 mobile pellet feed processing unit of Inner Mongolia Agricultural Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the monitoring system is improved and optimized.The relevant data of the unit is collected by means of sensors and other devices,and the touch screen communicates with the PLC through the RS-485 serial port.Select the remote monitoring platform,the remote communication module will transmit data to the host computer,and the PC side will carry out the corresponding configuration design and synchronize to the mobile terminal.Finally,the loading system test platform is built to test and verify the performance of the monitoring system,and prove the rationality and stability of the monitoring system design.The specific research content is as follows:1.Monitoring function analysis and designThrough the investigation and research of the 11JKZ-1000 mobile pellet feed processing unit of Inner Mongolia Agricultural Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.,combined with the relevant content at home and abroad,the functional requirements for monitoring were clarified,and the remote monitoring platform was determined to select the fast control Internet of Things cloud platform,and the functional design of the platform was introduced accordingly.2.System hardware and software designUsing SIEMENS S7-200 PLC as the main controller,after the various types of sensors are correctly connected with the PLC,the automatic control and manual control are set,and the manual control is manually operated by the technicians to operate the feeding motor and the discharge motor to perform the corresponding command actions,and the automatic control is a key start.3.System interface designThe configuration design using NB-Designer software mainly includes: automatic control interface,manual control interface(including manual control and motor current,speed monitoring),bearing temperature display interface and material height display interface.The remote monitoring interface is designed in the cloud platform,the corresponding functions and parameters are set,and the PC can be remotely monitored and controlled,and synchronized to the mobile terminal.4.System verification testBuild a test platform for the feeding system,and debug each equipment after installation.After the debugging is completed,the performance test of the system is carried out,and the use of various functions of the system is tested,and the rationality and stability of the system design are verified. |
