Abstract/Summary:
In this study,three plants,Elymus nutans Griseb,Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai and Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai,planted in Zhashan in Jiangcang mining area were used.for research materials,By measuring its morphological characteristics,growth and development characters,stress resistance physiological indicators and flat land.and photosynthetic properties under three vegetation reconstruction modes,including slag soil,organic fertilizer application and 3cm meadow soil covering,under the conditions of shady slope,sunny slope,The adaptability of three plants to the environment of coal gangue mountains in alpine mining areas was analyzed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for screening suitable grass species and cultivation techniques for vegetation reconstruction of coal gangue mountains in alpine mining areas.1.Soil matrix significantly affected the plant height,leaf area,leaf circumference,and stem-leaf ratio of Elymus nutans,and significantly affected the plant height,leaf area,and stem-leaf ratio of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai.The plant height,leaf area and leaf circumference of Elymus nutans were the highest in the organic fertilizer treatment;The plant height of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai was the highest in the organic fertilizer treatment,the leaf area and leaf circumference were the largest in the soil covering treatment,and the stem-leaf ratio was the lowest in the control treatment;The plant height and leaf circumference of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai were the highest in the organic fertilizer treatment,the leaf area was the largest in the soil covering treatment,and the stem-to-leaf ratio was the lowest in the organic fertilizer treatment.Slope aspect significantly affected the leaf area,leaf circumference and stem-to-leaf ratio of Elymus nutans.Significantly affected the leaf circumference and stem-to-leaf ratio of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai;The plant height and stem-to-leaf ratio of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai were significantly affected.The plant height,leaf area and leaf perimeter of Elymus nutans were the highest under sunny slope conditions,and the ratio of stem to leaf was the smallest under flat land conditions;The plant height and leaf circumference of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai were the highest in the sunny slope condition,the leaf area was the largest in the flat land condition,and the stem-leaf ratio was the smallest in the flat land condition;The plant height,leaf area and leaf circumference of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai were the largest under sunny slope conditions,and the stem-leaf ratio was the smallest under flat land conditions.2.The soil matrix significantly affected the reproductive distribution ratio and root-shoot ratio of Elymus nutans;significantly affected the leaf total nitrogen content and reproductive distribution ratio of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai;significantly affected the leaf total phosphorus content and root-shoot ratio.The leaf total nitrogen content,reproduction distribution ratio and root-shoot ratio of Elymus nutans were the highest in the control treatment,and the leaf total phosphorus content was the highest in the soil covering treatment;the leaf total nitrogen content of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai was the highest in the soil covering treatment,and the leaf total phosphorus content was the organic fertilizer The highest among the treatments,the reproductive distribution ratio and the root-shoot ratio were the highest in the control treatment;the leaf total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai were the highest in the soil covering treatment,and the reproductive distribution ratio and the stem-to-leaf ratio were the highest in the control treatment.Slope aspect significantly affected leaf total nitrogen content,leaf total phosphorus content and root-shoot ratio of Elymus nutans;significantly affected leaf total nitrogen content and root-shoot ratio of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai;significantly affected leaf total nitrogen content and root-shoot ratio of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai.The total nitrogen content of leaves of Elymus nutans,Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai and Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai was the highest under shady slope conditions.The total phosphorus content of leaves of Elymus nutans was the highest under the shady slope condition,and the reproductive distribution ratio and the root-shoot ratio were the highest under the flat land condition.The total phosphorus content of leaves of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai was the highest under the shady slope condition,the reproductive distribution ratio was the highest under the sunny slope condition,and the root-shoot ratio was the highest under the flat land condition.The leaf total phosphorus content and root-shoot ratio of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai were the highest under the condition of flat land,and the distribution ratio of reproduction was the highest under the condition of sunny slope.Under the condition of sunny slope and flat ground,the growth cone lengths of Elymus nutans were the largest in the organic fertilizer treatment,which were 357.363μm and 173.559μm,respectively;Under the condition of sunny slope and flat ground,the base diameter was the largest in the organic fertilizer treatment,which were 118.464μm and 143.956μm,respectively.The length of the growth cone of Poa crymophila under the condition of sunny slope and flat land was the largest in the organic fertilizer treatment,which were 145.812μm and 218.513μm,respectively;Under the condition of sunny slope and flat ground,the base diameter was the largest in the organic fertilizer treatment,which were 77.501μm and 97.779μm,respectively.The length of the growth cone of Festuca sinensis on the sunny slope was 249.302μm in the soil covering treatment,and the base diameter was 135.325μm in the covering soil treatment;The length of the growth cone of Festuca sinensis on the flat land was165.905μm in the organic fertilizer treatment,and the base diameter was 93.897μm in the organic fertilizer treatment.3.Soil matrix significantly affected Elymus nutans’s soluble sugar(SS),free roline(FP),chlorophyll(Chl),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2);significantly affected Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai’s SS,H2O2,FP;significantly affected Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai SS,Chl,Malondialdehyde(MDA),H2O2.The SS content of Elymus nutans was the highest in the soil-covering treatment,the FP and Chl contents were the highest in the control treatment,the MDA content was the lowest in the organic fertilizer treatment,and the H2O2content was the lowest in the soil-covering treatment.The SS content of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai was the highest in the soil-covering treatment,the FP and Chl contents were the highest in the control treatment,the MDA content was the lowest in the organic fertilizer treatment,and the H2O2content was the lowest in the soil-covering treatment.The SS and FP contents of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai were the highest in the soil-covering treatment,the Chl content was the highest in the organic fertilizer treatment,the MDA content was the lowest in the control treatment,and the H2O2content was the lowest in the soil-covering treatment.The slope aspect significantly affected Elymus nutans’s SS,FP,Chl,MDA,H2O2;significantly affected Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai’s SS,FP,Chl,MDA,H2O2;significantly affected Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai’s SS,FP,Chl,MDA,H2O2.The SS and Chl contents of Elymus nutans were the highest under the sunny slope condition,the FP content was the highest under the flat land condition,the MDA content was the least under the shady slope condition,and the H2O2content was the lowest under the sunny slope condition.The SS content of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai was the highest under the condition of flat land,the content of FP and Chl was the highest under the condition of shady slope,the content of MDA was the lowest under the condition of shady slope,and the content of H2O2was the lowest under the condition of sunny slope.The SS and FP of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai were the highest under the condition of flat land,Chl was the highest under the condition of shady slope,the content of MDA was the lowest under the condition of shady slope,and the content of H2O2was the lowest under the condition of sunny slope.Using 5 kinds of stress resistance physiological indexes to do comprehensive evaluation and analysis of membership function values,it is concluded that the order of stress resistance from large to small is Elymus nutans>Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai>Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai.4.The soil matrix significantly affected the net photosynthetic rate(Pn), ranspiration rate(Tr)and water use efficiency(WUE)of Elymus nutans;significantly affected the Pn of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai;significantly affected the Pn and WUE of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai.The Pn and Trof Elymus nutans were the highest in the control treatment,and the WUE was the highest in the organic fertilizer treatment.The Pn and Trof Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai were the highest in the control treatment,and the WUE was the highest in the soil covering treatment.The Pn of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai was the highest in the control treatment,and the Trand WUE were the highest in the organic fertilizer treatment,respectively.Elymus nutansspect significantly affected Elymus nutans’s Pn,Trand WUE;significantly affected Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai’s Pn,Trand WUE;significantly affected Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai’s Pn,Trand WUE.Elymus nutans’s Pn is the highest under sunny slope conditions,Tris the highest under shady slope conditions,and WUE is the highest under flat ground conditions;Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai’s Pn is the highest under sunny slope conditions,Tris the highest under flat ground conditions,and WUE is the highest under shady slope conditions;Pn and Trof Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai are the highest under sunny slope conditions,and WUE is the highest under shady slope conditions.5.In the shady slope habitat,the leaf area,leaf circumference,root-shoot atio,Pn and Trof Elymus nutans performed the best in the organic fertilizer treatment;the stem-to-leaf ratio,leaf total phosphorus,SS,H2O2performed the best in the soil covering treatment.it is good.The leaf total phosphorus,reproduction distribution ratio and FP of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai showed the best performance in the organic fertilizer treatment;plant height,leaf area,leaf circumference,leaf total nitrogen,SS,Chl,MDA,H2O2,and WUE showed the best performance in the soil covering treatment..The leaf area,stem-to-leaf ratio,reproduction distribution ratio,root-shoot ratio,Chl,Pn,and WUE of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai showed the best performance in the organic fertilizer treatment;the best performance.In the sunny slope habitat,the plant height,leaf area,stem-to-leaf ratio,leaf otal nitrogen,total phosphorus,root-shoot ratio,MDA,Pn,and WUE performed best in organic fertilizers of Elymus nutans;SS,Chl,and H2O2performed best in soil-covering treatments the best performance.The plant height,leaf total nitrogen,total phosphorus,root-shoot ratio,Chl,Trof Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai showed the best performance in organic fertilizer;leaf area,leaf circumference,stem-to-leaf ratio,FP,H2O2performed best in soil covering treatment.The plant height of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai showed the best performance in plant height,organic fertilizer,root-shoot ratio,and Chl;leaf area,leaf total nitrogen,total phosphorus,reproduction distribution ratio,SS,H2O2,and Trshowed the best performance in soil covering treatments.In the flat habitat,the plant height,leaf area,leaf circumference,stem-to-eaf ratio,leaf total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and WUE of Elymus nutans performed best in organic fertilizers;Chl,MDA,H2O2,and Trperformed best in soil covering treatments.it is good.Plant height,leaf total phosphorus,MDA,H2O2,and WUE of Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai showed the best performance in organic fertilizer;leaf circumference,leaf total nitrogen,Chl,Trperformed best in soil covering treatment.The plant height,leaf area,Chl,TrMDA,Pn and WUE of Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai showed the best performance in organic fertilizer;leaf area,leaf circumference,leaf total phosphorus and H2O2performed best in soil covering treatment.6.Grey relational analysis of 16 indices of morphology,growth and evelopment,physiological stress tolerance and photosynthetic characteristics of three restored plants showed that the weight of root-shoot ratio was 0.0721,followed by soluble sugar and reproductive allocation,and the weight of leaf area was the least.According to the principle of grey correlation analysis,the larger the weighted correlation degree is,the higher its comprehensive level is and the stronger its adaptability is;otherwise,the weaker its adaptability is.The maximum weighted correlation degree of Elymus nutans is 0.8317,followed by Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai is 0.55 and Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai is 0.5245,and the comprehensive adaptability is Elymus nutans>Poa crymophila Keng cv.Qinghai>Festuca sinensis Keng cv.Qinghai.In conclusion,although the adaptability of the three plants is slightly ifferent,they can all adapt to the special environment of slag mountain in alpine mining area.According to the phenotype,growth and development,physiological stress tolerance and photosynthetic characteristics of the three plants,the adaptability of mechanical fertilizer treatment is the best,and organic fertilizer is beneficial to vegetation reconstruction in slag mountain of alpine mining area.
