Abstract/Summary:
With the optimization and adjustment of planting structure in China,forage rape accounts for a higher and higher proportion in green feed crops.As a high-quality green feed,forage rape has promoted the development level of animal husbandry in China.Cutting the rape with a green fodder harvester results in the juice of the forage rape being squeezed out and appearing pasty to clog the cutting device.Based on the biological characteristics of the forage rape.The main research contents were as follows:(1)Taked the forage rape “Huayouza 62” in full bloom stage as the research object,the geometric characteristics,moisture content,sliding friction angle,maximum average shear force,maximum bending load,radial compressive load,axial average maximum compressive load and other characteristic parameters of forage rape were studied,which provided theoretical parameters for the structure design of cutting device of rape harvester.(2)The design of cutting device of forage rape harvester were carried out,the structure and working principle of cutting device were clarified,the parameters such as angle of inclination α equal 5°,sliding cutting angle τ equal 12° and pushing angle x equal 50 ° were calculated,and the main structural parameters such as the size of movable blade and cutting roller were obtained through theoretical calculation.The material forage,cutting process and side scraper throwing analysis of the cutting device were carried out,and the operating parameters of cutting and conveying mechanism were determined.(3)The EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to establish the forage rape discrete element simulation model,and the contrast testes of cutting device with and without side scraper were carried out.When the side scraper is installed in the machine body,the test range of the selective cutter spindle speed of the cutting device were 500~900 r/min,the blockage removal effect was better than that cutter spindle without the side scraper.Choosing the inclination angle and the rotation speed of the side scraper as the test factors to carry out the discrete element simulation optimization test of the cutting device,the parameter combination for obtaining the best cutting performance were:When the angle of side scraper was11.9° and the rotation speed of main shaft was 559 r/min,the best throwing effect was obtained,the speed of accumulated particles was13.6m/s and the number of accumulated particles was 13.(4)The materials were blocked and accumulated in the cutting device.If too much materials were filled into the cutting device,the tool would be blocked during cutting,and the speed would be slow down,resulting in a certain difference between the actual speeds and the set rotating speeds.Therefore,the anticlogging detection system was designed to detect the rotation speed of the cutting spindle in real test,and the PLC control system was used to start the feedback regulation.In order to explore the influence of the difference range between the actual speed and the set rotating speed on the material clogging,and to clarify the difference range between the actual speeds and the set rotating speeds,the anti-clogging detection system test were carried out.As the difference value between the actual speed and the set rotating speed was 20r/min,the blockage removal effect was the best.According to the single factor testes,the rotational speed range of subsequent cutting performance test is 550~750r/min.(5)The cutting performance test of cutting device of rape harvester for forage rape were carried out,and the orthogonal rotation center combination test with two factors and five levels were carried out,To take the cutting main shaft speed and feeding amount as the test factors.When the spindle speed was 550~750r/min and the feeding amount was 1.2~6.9kg,the bench performance test of cutting device of rape harvester for forage rape were carried out with the qualified rate of cutting length,cutting uniformity and power consumption as performance indicators.The optimum combination of parameters were 612r/min spindle speed and 2kg feed rate.The length qualified rate,cutting uniformity and power consumption were 87.6%,87.2% and 1.0k J,respectively.
