The large amount of industrial by-product phosphogypsum has caused great damage to the natural environment.The application of phosphogypsum as a soil modifier in slope vegetation materials can solve the problem of resource utilization of phosphogypsum to a certain extent.Aiming at the problems of the resource utilization of phosphogypsum and the existing ecological slope protection technology,such as weak water and soil conservation,high cost and easy disappearance of plants,this paper puts forward a new ecological slope protection technology applied to the rock slope,which is called the prefabricated slope vegetation material mixed with phosphogypsum,and carries out the design,preparation and Application Research of the vegetation material.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The prefabricated slope vegetation materials mixed with phosphogypsum mainly include the three-dimensional fabric grass blanket on the upper layer and the spray seeding matrix on the lower layer.The three-dimensional fabric grass blanket on the upper layer mainly includes the three-dimensional spacer fabric and the filling matrix.According to the relevant specifications and documents,the basic components of the two substrates in the phosphogypsum mixed prefabricated slope vegetation material are soil,phosphogypsum and cooked chicken manure,and the mass ratio of each component is determined according to the relevant specifications and plant growth;(2)In order to enhance the anti scour performance of the upper three-dimensional fabric grass blanket in the phosphogypsum mixed prefabricated slope vegetation material,ordinary portland cement and aluminum sulfate were added to optimize the filling matrix of the threedimensional fabric grass blanket: firstly,the mass ratio of ordinary portland cement and aluminum sulfate in the filling matrix of the three-dimensional fabric grass blanket was determined according to the p H of the material,According to the germination rate of plant seeds and anti scouring performance of three-dimensional fabric grass blanket,the addition amount of ordinary portland cement is determined,and finally the mix proportion of three-dimensional fabric grass blanket filled matrix is obtained;(3)Optimize the mix proportion of the spraying matrix: add water retaining agent into the spraying matrix to enhance the water retaining capacity of the matrix,preliminarily design the mix proportion of the spraying matrix,and then measure the physical and chemical indexes of the spraying matrix according to the quality standard of the spraying matrix in the technical standard for slope spraying greening engineering.It is found that the unit weight and maximum water holding capacity are slightly insufficient compared with the specification,It is found that the addition of biochar can effectively improve the bulk density and maximum water holding capacity of the spray seeding matrix,and the final mix proportion of the spray seeding matrix is determined according to the test results;(4)The effect of phosphorus on the spatial distribution of total phosphorus in soil was studied.The results showed that the content of total phosphorus in the soil around the prefabricated slope vegetation material mixed with phosphogypsum increased after a period of time,but it was still at a low level;The results of water quality test show that the washing rainwater of the prefabricated slope vegetation material mixed with phosphogypsum meets the sewage discharge standard;(5)Firstly,the preparation process of three-dimensional fabric straw blanket is designed,and then a storage process of three-dimensional fabric straw blanket is designed,which can prevent the powder leakage of three-dimensional fabric straw blanket in transportation and storage,and has little impact on the germination of plants.Finally,the feasibility of using the phosphogypsum mixed prefabricated slope vegetation material for rock slope greening is preliminarily verified.The results show that the plants on the phosphogypsum mixed prefabricated slope vegetation material grow well and almost have no water and soil loss.It is preliminarily proved that the phosphogypsum mixed prefabricated slope vegetation material can be used for rock slope greening.
