Research On Public Satisfaction Of Aquatic Product Quality Supervision In Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area

With the improvement of living standards and the development of the aquatic product market,consumers’ attitude towards aquatic products has gradually shifted from "subsistence" to focusing on their quality,safety and nutritional value.In recent years,frequent outbreaks of aquatic product quality problems,such as excessive metal pollutants,illegal addition and abuse of banned and restricted pesticides and veterinary drugs,and excessive microorganisms,have not only caused consumers to worry about the quality and safety of aquatic products,thereby reducing The purchase volume and even the formation of "green trade barriers" have a negative impact on the sustainable and stable development of the aquatic product market,and also make people doubt the effective supervision of aquatic products,seriously affecting the government’s credibility.Therefore,improving the quality and safety supervision level of aquatic products is an important means for the government to perform its duties and maintain people’s "safety on the tip of the tongue".This paper refers to the current domestic and foreign satisfaction research results,uses the questionnaire method,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quadrant method and other methods,combined with the ACSI satisfaction model,under the guidance of the expert group,from the five dimensions of information disclosure,perceived quality,public expectations,public satisfaction,and public trust,to build a public satisfaction system for aquatic product quality supervision in the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone,and determine 21 impact indicators and their corresponding weights.At the same time,by conducting a public satisfaction questionnaire survey and collating and analyzing the collected 116 valid questionnaires,the membership degree of each third-level indicator layer relative to the second-level criterion layer is obtained,and the Pingtan comprehensive index is obtained through matrix calculation.The final score of aquatic product quality supervision satisfaction in the experimental area is 67.2802.According to the principle of maximum membership,the evaluation result is general.Using quadratic graph analysis,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the satisfaction of aquatic product quality supervision in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area are concentrated in the inconvenient access to information disclosure in a timely manner,the overall satisfaction with aquatic product quality supervision work and product quality and safety,and the public trust.to a lower degree,etc.The above results have the following implications: In order to improve the public satisfaction of aquatic product quality and safety supervision in the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone,information disclosure,publicity and training should be strengthened,the construction of traceability systems should be continuously promoted,and departmental joint supervision should be promoted.
