| As a dominant cash crop,Artemisia selengensis is widely planted in the Yangtze River Basin of China,and in recent years,the industry has developed rapidly.In view of the fact that the plantings in the production process of Artemisia selengensis are mainly carried out manually,there are problems such as large labor volume,high labor intensity and high production costs,the mechanization research of Artemisia selengensis planting is carried out,and the method of integrating agricultural machinery and agronomy and modern design means such as three-dimensional drawing and simulation analysis are used to design key devices such as seedling supply system,seedling cutting system,planting system and cutting system,etc.,and the whole machine is processed and trial-produced,and the performance test is carried out to verify the operation quality indicators of the Artemisia selengensis plantings machine.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The mechanical and physical characteristics of Artemisia selengensis seedlings were measured and analyzed,and through the study of the physical properties of Artemisia selengensis seedlings,the main distribution interval of the seedling height was800-1400 mm,the main distribution range of diameter was 5-12 mm,and the main distribution range of curvature was 12-16 mm,the transverse shear force was mainly distributed in 35-48 N,the maximum shear force was 78 N,and the average static sliding friction angle and dynamic sliding friction angle of the stem of Artemisia selengensis on the iron plate were 30.82° and 28.5°,respectively.The static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient are 0.60 and 0.54,which provide theoretical and parameter basis for the design of seedling supply system,seedling cutting system and planting system.(2)The main agronomic requirements of Artemisia selengensis plantings operation and the main performance indicators of cuttings machine are determined,the line spacing is 100-150 mm,the plant spacing is 80-100 mm,the cutting depth is 70-80 mm,and when mechanized operation,it is necessary to first prepare Artemisia selengensis seedlings with a length of 100 mm,and the cutting strips are cut by the machine for cutting;the whole machine structure design is carried out by the missed planting rate,plant distance pass rate,depth pass rate,and uprightness pass rate.(3)The seedling supply system,the cutting system and the planting system were designed,combined with the requirements of agronomic cuttings,the standard cutting spacing of the whole machine was determined to be 130 mm,the seedling supply process analysis was carried out on the seedling supply system and the main structural parameters of the seedling supply system were determined,and the oblique installation angle of the seedling supply system was determined to be 45°;the structural parameter design and kinematic analysis of the cutting system and the cutting system were carried out,and the motion simulation analysis was carried out,combined with the geometric characteristics and shear characteristics of the Artemisia selengensis seedlings,Verify the rationality of its structure and parameter design.(4)Trial production of Artemisia selengensis plantings prototype,design test scheme for performance test,to miss planting rate,plant distance pass rate,depth pass rate,upright pass rate performance evaluation index,explore the impact of machine working speed on the performance of the operation performance,under the premise of ensuring that the cutting distance to meet the agronomic requirements,through the performance test shows that the forward speed on the leakage rate,depth pass rate,upright pass rate has a significant impact,At the significance level of 0.05,there was no significant effect on the pass rate of the plant distance,and the optimal forward speed interval was determined to be 0.07-0.1 m/s. |
