In the paper,after the basis of consulting a large number of research status of no tillage and transplanter at domestic and foreign,Aiming at the problems of maize transplanting production low efficiency of the traditional,large labor intensity,poor transplanting effect and poor economic benefits and finish the work in a limited farming in the west of Liaoning Province after harvest of spring wheat.A corn no-till transplanter was developed.The research contents are as follows:(1)The overall structure design scheme of no-till transplanter was determined.Firstly,the situation of the test field was investigated,after the way of breeding and the existing problems were analyzed,This is an important component of the structure design of transplanter,According to the information to design the structure,working principle,seedling throwing principle and power transmission system.(2)The 3-D models of components in no-till transplanter were created using Solidworks software.After the modeling of each part was completed,the assembly of the whole machine was carried out and the assembly of the model is checked.The key components including stubble-breaking disc cutter and the notched disc cutter is analyzed using finite element analysis method.The results showed that two kinds of stubble cutters can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,and the design parameters are reasonable.(3)The corn no tillage transplanter was tested in the field to analyzes the effects of two different stubble breaking disc on pass rate of transplanting depth,seedling spacing of corn seedlings,and vertical degree of transplanted seedlings.The test results showed that the two kinds of discs could meet the agronomic requirements of maize transplanting.The corrugated disk is better than the notched disk.The test result affected by the damage on wheat stubble from two different stubble breaking disc,and then the field surface will be different.The changeable field condition will play impact on the flexible disc,the pressing wheel and the soil-covering device.A test result provides reference for the development and promotion of no-tillage transplanter.
