| The Shennongjia Golden Snub-nosed Monkey is one of unique,rare and the class I protected wild animal of china.At present,the artificial rearing of Golden Snub-nosed Monkey has no customized feed and the health situation is worrying.Based on previous research on the nutrient requirement of Shennongjia Golden Snub-nosed Monkey in different seasons,we carried out the test of taste tendencies,raw material screening combinations and palatibility to study the customized feed for different physiological stages of Shennongjia Golden Snub-nosed Monkey.(1)The test of choosing preferred taste showed that the order of preferred taste for Shennongjia Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys was sweetness,salty taste,milky flavor,bitterness,spicy taste,astringency,flavor and sourness.(2) The optimum formula of customized feed during the mating period contains5.6% alfalfa hay,19.6% straw,35.2% corn,32% rice bran,3.2% peanut oil,2% sugar,0.4% salt,0.8% calcium carbonate and 1.2% premix;The major nutritional levels of the customized feed for the monkeys’ mating period were: energy15.93KJ/g,crude protein10.16%,crude fiber 17.21%,crude fat 4.37%,crude ash 8.52%,acid detergent fiber 12.61% and neutral detergent fiber 62.30%;The feed was made into the steamed corn bread,the average daily intake of dry matter for monkey was 200 g through the attractant;The average daily intake of GE 3186.00 KJ,CP 20.32 g,CF 34.42 g,EE8.74 g,ASH 17.04 g,ADF 25.22 g and NDF 124.60 g for each monkey;After feeding,the morphology of feces and the behavioral activity is normal.(3)The optimum formula of customized feed during the gestation period contains9% straw,42.5% corn,14% soybean meal,21% wheat,6% wheat bran,3% powder milk,2.5% sugar,0.5% salt,0.5% yeast and 1% premix;The major nutritional levels of the customized feed for the monkeys’ gestation period were: energy 17.23KJ/g,crude protein12.59%,crude fiber 7.39%,crude fat 1.18%,crude ash 3.26%,acid detergent fiber 4.86%and neutral detergent fiber 45.33%;The feed was made into the steamed corn bread,the average daily intake of dry matter for monkey was 125.88 g through the attractant;The average daily intake of GE 2168.91 KJ,CP 15.85 g,CF 9.30 g,EE 1.49 g,ASH 4.10 g,ADF6.12 g and NDF57.06 g for each monkey;The monkey is active in taking food and the the morphology of feces and the behavioral activity is normal.(4) The optimum formula of customized feed during the lactation contains 6% straw,16% soybean meal,18% oats,10% wheat bran,40% wheat,4% protein powder,4% sugar,0.5% salt,0.5% yeast and 1% premix;The major nutritional levels of the customized feed for the monkeys’ lactation period respectively were: energy 16.63KJ/g,crude protein17.40%,crude fiber 8.15%,crude fat 1.48%,crude ash 5.31%,acid detergent fiber15.60% and neutral detergent fiber 60.78%;The average daily intake of dry matter for monkey was 213.98 g through the attractant;The feed was made into the steamed corn bread,the average daily intake of GE 3557.25 KJ,CP 37.23 g,CF 17.44 g,EE 3.17 g,ASH11.36 g,ADF 33.38 g and NDF 130.06 g for each monkey.In order to assess the nutritional value of customized feed during lactation,the digestion test of the lactation fodder was determined,the results showed that the average apparent digestibility of seven common nutrient components in feed was energy 82.1%,crude protein 82.03%,crude fiber 33.72%,crude fat 40.92%,crude ash 36.17%,acid detergent fiber 60.03% and neutral detergent fiber 83.61%;After feeding,the average mating times is 11.80,the the morphology of feces and the behavioral activity is normal.Conclusion: These three customized feed of Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys are good quality to meet their nutritional requirements,taste and improve their food intake and health in stages of the lactation,mating and gestation. |
