This article is aimed at the problem of the labor intensity,low operating efficiency,and low survival rate after transplantation of potato groups in the breeding system of potato potato breeding system.Equipment is optimized,simulated analysis,programming and performance tests.The optimized transplantation equipment is highly automated,the function is complete,and the reliability is high.The main research content is as follows:(1)Optimize design of the core components of transplanting equipment.By analyzing the transplanting process and agronomy requirements,a adsorption end actuator is designed.This end actuator can work at a time of 5 groups of seedlings,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of transplantation.At the same time,the use of vacuum negative pressure adsorption group cultivation seedlings can be greatly reduced during transplantation.Use Recur Dyn to simulate the end actuator for sports,after optimizing,the vibration of the mouth is reduced,and the adsorption is more stable.Use Fluent to suck the mouth in the end actuator for fluid simulation,push seedlings are used to assist seedlings,which can effectively improve the success rate of the equipment transplantation.(2)According to the problems of the adsorption end actuator in the transplantation work and the growth of the group cultivation seedlings in the group training box,the secondary combing device is designed.This device can complete the combing of the group cultivation to make the adsorbent end actuator more accurate and efficiently adsorbed the seedlings during transplantation,which can improve the success rate of the absorption end actuator.(3)Material model simulation parameters and soil covering process simulation based on discrete element simulation software EDEM is optimized to the soil suppression device based on the simulation results.Through testing and reviewing the literature to determine the basic parameters of the material,for the parameters that are difficult to determine directly,the material pile angle as the test indicator is used as the test index,and the orthogonal simulation test is performed to push the material model simulation parameters.The simulation results show that when the optimal factors are combined,the relative error of the simulation stacking angle and the actual accumulation angle is 0.14%,and the simulation accumulation effect is consistent with the actual.According to the results of the parameters,the simulation of the soil covering process is completed,and the structure optimizes the structural optimization of the soil covering device and the suppression device.(4)According to the design requirements of the transplanting equipment control system,the overall control system design scheme is proposed.The pneumatic system is the key part of the overall control system,and the component selection of the pneumatic system is selected.Combined with the design requirements,the programmable controller,motor and other main devices are selected,and the control program is written and debugged.In order to improve the intelligence of transplanting equipment and the convenience of the operation process,increase the touch screen device,and design the corresponding operating interface.(5)On the basis of the development of the prototype,the performance test of transplanting equipment is performed.The single-factor test was conducted based on the opening angleα,the type of mouth suction,and the flow L as the factors.The success rate of the side cone pores with the opening angleα=90°ofα=90°was verified that the success rate was 90.00%.In order to verify the working performance of the optimization of the soil cover suppression device,the two-factor test with the number of suppression and the amount of soil covering;the result shows that when the number of suppression times is r=1,the soil covering is Qb2,the cooked seedlings after transplantation are the highest,which can reach the highest,which can reach the highest,which can reach the highest 97.61%.In order to verify the working performance of the optimized transplanting equipment,orthogonal test and verification test were carried out.The results showed that the seedling adsorption height h had a significant effect on the success rate of transplanting,while the hole diameter d,the plant spacing adjustment speed v and the positive pressure of blowing seedlings p had no significant effect.In the optimal combination of factors,the success rate of potato tissue culture seedling transplanting end-effector was 87.98%.
