| China is a country with a large population.With the advancement of society and the development of science and technology,the demand for food has grown exponentially.At present,precision seed fertilizer operation is the most important measure to ensure high yield and stable yield of grain.It is of great significance to design and develop a seed fertilizer monitoring system that is in line with the actual situation of China’s agriculture in order to make the machine fertilizer operation transparent and achieve high yield and high efficiency.The traditional seed fertilizer monitoring technology has problems such as low precision of seed fertilizer control,high labor intensity,complicated hardware wiring,and low efficiency of seed fertilizer.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a seed fertilizer operation monitoring system equipped with a tractor for integrated fertilizer.The system mainly includes a handheld terminal based on the Android platform,a data collector based on the wireless transmission function,and various types of sensors required by the system.The system experiment platform was built according to the system hardware and software requirements for laboratory testing.This paper mainly contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the different principles of seed fertilizer monitoring,the overall design of the monitoring system based on photoelectric method was selected after analysis and comparison.According to the needs of the people in use,choose to develop portable applications based on the Android platform.(2)Monitoring system hardware design.Select the hardware that meets the system requirements,including the design and development of modules such as photoelectric sensors,speed sensors,wireless communication systems,and data collectors.The hardware design mainly completes the collection of seeding/fertilization information,the acquisition of the speed signal of the implement,the data processing of the data collector and the data transmission.(3)Monitoring system software design.Based on the Android development platform,the portable monitoring system application is developed by using the Java language,and the various functions required for the system are developed by using the modular programming method.The software design mainly completes the data transmission and background calculation with the data collector,including the main program design,communication program design,the fertilizer operation fault display program,and the real-time display program of the seed fertilizer operation.(4)Monitor system performance tests.According to the software and hardware requirements of the system,the machine monitoring system for planting was established.After the system was debugged and installed in the laboratory,the performance of the system was tested.It mainly includes tests such as monitoring sensitivity time,speed accuracy,monitoring system accuracy and error alarm monitoring accuracy. |
