As an economic crop Integrating Medicine,food and feeding,Cyperus is widely distributed in China,mainly planted on a large scale in Hebei,Northeast China,Xinjiang,Jiangsu,Henan and other places.The planting modes include the traditional mode based on tillage and land preparation and no tillage sowing.No tillage sowing is mainly applicable to areas with relatively sandy soil and areas with winter wheat rotation in Henan Province.In this paper,the problems of low straw cutting rate,poor soil returning effect and large forward resistance encountered in the process of no tillage sowing of Cyperus were studied.Firstly,by consulting the data and combining with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the research status of Cyperus planter,discusses the mode of no-tillage sowing and the mode of no tillage sowing of Cyperus.The basic soil parameters of Cyperus base,including moisture content,soil bulk density,soil firmness,and soil mechanical parameters: soil accumulation angle,soil internal friction angle,soil static friction coefficient,soil cohesion,etc.,were measured to provide data support for the theoretical design and analysis of notched disc and double disc ditcher.Secondly,the structure of Cyperus no tillage planter is analyzed.In order to improve the straw cutting rate and reduce the forward resistance,the structure of the notched disc is designed.It is determined that the main working parameters affecting the working performance of the notched disc are working deflection angle,forward speed and soil depth.It is determined that the parameter range of working deflection angle is 0-10 °,the range of forward speed is 3-8km /h,and the range of soil penetration depth is 60-100 mm.Through the design and analysis of the deployment parameters of the double disc ditcher,it is determined that the included angle of the double disc ditcher is 10 °,the applicable range of the disc diameter is 260-340 mm,the applicable range of the buried depth is 30mm-50 mm,and the forward speed is 4-6km / h.Combined with the design results,Solid Works is used for three-dimensional modeling.Edem2018 software is used to simulate the performance of components for different soil properties.The results show that it is suitable for soils under different conditions and has good working performance under the simulated state.Finally,combined with the analysis results,the experimental study is carried out,and the single factor experimental study is carried out on the notched disc.It shows that among the influencing factors of the notched disc,the forward speed has little influence,and the working deflection angle has the greatest influence.Combined with the single factor test results,the box Behnken module of design expert software is used to optimize the test design by response surface method,and the three factor and three-level test is carried out.The optimization results are as follows: the working deflection angle is 0 °,the forward speed is 4.25km/h and the soil depth is75.27 mm.The validation test shows that the average forward resistance is 315.6N and the average stem cutting rate is 92.3%,which is close to the optimization result.The same method is used to conduct experimental research on the double disc trencher.Taking the maximum soil return amount and the minimum forward resistance as the optimization objectives,the forward speed of4.3km/h,the soil penetration depth of 40 mm and the disc diameter of 300 mm are obtained.The verification test shows that the soil return amount is 32.6% and the average forward resistance is140.3n,which is consistent with the optimization results.The rationality of the optimized results of soil tank test is verified by field test.The experimental results show that the optimized notched disc knife and double disc ditcher are suitable for no tillage planter,which provides a relevant reference for the exploration of a new planting mode of Cyperus.
