As a crop with high economic value,Cyperus esculentus is not planted on a large scale because of lack of high-quality seeds,low product recognition,and low level of mechanized operation.Among them,the harvesting process is the most prominent in the process of mechanized operation.However,the current harvesting machinery has problems such as poor stability,single function,low removal rate,low work efficiency,and poor separation of soil and fruit in soil with high moisture content.In order to solve the above problems,the Jilin Provincial Agricultural Machinery Research Institute has independently developed a test bench for the separation and cleaning of Cyperus esculentus,which is a short field test period,a large consumption of human,financial and material resources,and the test process is easily affected by natural conditions.The research on the key technologies and components of the Cyperus esculentus harvester provides laboratory simulation test conditions to achieve the purpose of shortening the development cycle of the Cyperus esculentus harvester.The main content of this paper is according to the functional requirements of the test bed,test bed automation measurement and control system research and development,in the test bed to provide precise speed control,real-time monitoring of working parameters,basic data acquisition and other functions,at the same time,to achieve the test bed feeding system intelligent control.First of all,through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature method,analysis and research on the existing measurement and control technology and means,virtual instrument technology,vector control technology as a theoretical basis,the development of measurement and control system.Secondly,the working principle and structure of the test bed for separating and separating Cyperus esculentus were studied,and the objects needed to be controlled and monitored were defined.Establish the overall scheme of the measurement and control system,according to the requirements of the test bed,select the main components such as industrial computer,motor,frequency converter and sensor,and draw the electrical schematic diagram and wiring diagram through Auto CAD drawing software,and build the electrical console.Again,through Lab VIEW software measurement and control system software development,according to the functional requirements,the software is mainly divided into speed control module,data acquisition module,data storage module,intelligent material supply control module.And according to the requirements of the test bed to increase the fan speed control PID control algorithm,so as to achieve the goal of accurate control,and combined with the test bed for joint debugging.During debugging,the proportion,integral and differential coefficients were determined to be 0.02,0.008 and 0.001 respectively according to the PID parameter test of the blower.Finally,through the response surface test of the feeding system,the regression equation between the running speed of each working part and the feeding amount and the thickness of the material layer is established,and the intelligent control database of the feeding system is established by using Design-expert software,and the intelligent control of the feeding system is realized by using the database and interpolation algorithm.To sum up,the measurement and control system studied in this paper realizes the functional requirements of precise speed regulation control,basic test data acquisition,and intelligent control of feeding system of the Cyperus esculentus separation and cleaning test bench.It has created stable,reliable,accurate,continuous and efficient test conditions for the research on key technologies and working parameters of mechanized harvesting of Cyperus esculentus,and will provide strong support for the research and development of Cyperus esculentus harvester.
