According to the domestication demand in the process of marine pasture proliferation and release,in order to improve the effectiveness,reliability and operation convenience,a fish domestication device based on EVA material was designed.According to the requirements of long-term unattended operation and stable operation,the overall structure and control system of the domestication device are designed,the auxiliary system meeting the domestication requirements is selected,and the stability of the domestication device is checked to ensure the reliability of the equipment operation.This time,with Oplegnathus fasciatus as the test object,the application test of the device was carried out through two links of domestication in aquaculture pond and domestication in the field,including adaptive domestication in net cage and continuous domestication in marine pasture.Through the comparative experiment of domestication in the breeding pond,we domesticated Oplegnathus fasciatus based on the ability of sound(sound-seeking)memory and position memory,established the conditioned reflex,and analyzed the comparative test results,which showed the superiority and effectiveness of using the domestication device.The purpose of the temporary adaptive domestication in net cage is to make the sea environment suitable for Oplegnathus fasciatus,and to increase the survival rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus after proliferation and release.The domestication device is put into the open sea area of marine pasture for long-term survival and work,during which the domestication device works well and can work normally.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)Overall structural design of domestication device.Analyze the requirements of domestication device,determine the function and overall structure of domestication device,which consists of EVA floating body with a diameter of 900mm and a height of600mm and a cast iron counterweight frame with a diameter of 500mm and a height of1,000 mm,which are connected by four M16 screws with a length of 800mm,and the device is fixed by 30kg counterweight and anchor chain.By analyzing the characteristics of EVA material,it is determined that the density of EVA floating body is75kg/m~3,the diameter is 0.9m,the mold depth is 0.27m,and the cavity diameter is 0.5m.The designed inclination angle of the lower part of the hopper is 30~0,which can ensure the bait to smoothly slide into the discharge port,and the spiral conveying rod can be used to uniformly discharge the bait.The optimal inclination angle of the designed solar panel bracket is 33~0.The upper end of the counterweight frame is equipped with four connecting holes to connect with the floating body,and the bottom is provided with through holes to connect with the counterweight block,and the mass range of the counterweight block is 0~100 kg.2)Design of domestication control system.According to the required functions of the domestication device,the cloud chart of the control system is designed,and the control relationship between each module is defined.The control system takes the multi-channel WIFI intelligent time controller as the core controller,and realizes the remote control of the opening and closing of each subsystem of the domestication device on the mobile terminal equipment.Domestication device is applied to offshore,and the Internet of Things card router is used as the communication system,which is simple and feasible.The monitoring system consists of hard disk video recorder and camera,which can record and record for a long time,and the hard disk video recorder connected to the network can be remotely monitored.The domestication device designed this time has three inducing factors:sound,color light and pheromone bait.The control system can scientifically select inducing factors for domestication according to the needs of domesticated fish.Comparing the characteristics of ocean energy and solar energy,and analyzing the requirements of the marine environment where the domestication device is located for storage batteries and the performance of several commonly used storage batteries at present,we choose the combination of solar energy and lithium battery to form an energy supply system to provide energy for the control system.3)Auxiliary system design and stability research of domestication device.Combined with the structural design of domestication device and control system design,the components of auxiliary system are selected,including communication equipment,water camera,underwater camera,voice module,underwater audio,feeding motor,intelligent time controller,solar panel,solar controller,storage battery and control box.By detecting the power consumption of each subsystem,it is concluded that the overall average daily power consumption is 27.47Wh,and four 12V10W solar panels and 30Ah lithium batteries are selected as the energy supply system,which can meet the requirement of 13 consecutive rainy days for normal operation.At the same time,the wiring diagram of auxiliary system is designed.After checking the initial stability of the domestication device,it is calculated that the center of gravity is-0.049m from the bottom of the floating body,the drainage volume of the device is 0.119m~3,the vertical coordinate of the floating center is 0.052m,the initial metacentric height is 0.37 m,and the initial metacentric height of the designed domestication device is greater than 0.15m,which meets the design specification requirements,and the natural period of rolling is2.3s,which avoids the main wave energy frequency,indicating that the device has good wave-following motion characteristics.4)Performance Test and Domestication Scheme Design of Domestication Device for Oplegnathus fasciatus.The stability calculation results show that the structural design of the domestication device is feasible,and the domestication device is processed and assembled.Determine the blanking amount per minute of the domestication device,and carry out 6 repeated blanking experiments under 15V,12V and 10.3V DC regulated power supplies.Compare the actual blanking amount with the theoretically calculated blanking amount,and the difference between them is very small.Determine the actual blanking amount per minute as the standard of 113g/min.In this paper,we chose the Oplegnathus fasciatus as the domestication object,and decided to combine sound and bait for domestication.We chose the 350HZ square wave continuous sound as the audio inducing factor of Oplegnathus fasciatus,and designed the domestication process:Turn on the communication equipment→Turn on the camera after 2.5 min→Turn on the audio after 10 min→Feed after 1min(3min)→Feed after 3min→Turn off the audio after 1 min→Turn off the camera after 10 min→Turn off the communication equipment after 2.5 min.Domesticate 4 times a day,at 6:30,10:30,14:30 and 17:30respectively.5)Field Application Test of Domestication of Oplegnathus fasciatus.According to the measurement,the sound pressure in the culture pond is mainly affected by 92d B,and the fish can distinguish the induced signal from the sound.Three culture ponds were selected for comparative domestication test in Xixuan Island Culture Base,Zhoushan,which were the control pond,the simple domestication test pond and the integrated domestication test pond,and each pond was filled with 1,700 tail sea bream fry,and the density is 63 tails per square meter.According to the domestication scheme,Oplegnathus fasciatus was domesticated 25 times for 15 days.The experiment shows that after 25 times of domestication,taking 40%of the fish swarm aggregation rate in the range of 1 meter in diameter as the standard,the aggregation duration of the control pool is 28 seconds,the aggregation duration of the simple domestication experimental pool is 115 seconds,and the aggregation duration of the integrated domestication experimental pool is 473 seconds.From the point of view of the change of fish aggregation rate,the simple domestication experimental pool is about 49%after 12times of domestication and finally 58%,while the integrated domestication experimental pool is about 95%after 8 times of domestication and finally reaches 99%.Field domestication includes adaptive domestication in cage and continuous domestication in marine pasture,and adaptive domestication in cage can reduce the death of fish after releasing due to unsuitable marine environment;In the open sea area of marine pasture,the device works well,runs stably and can work normally.
