In order to achieve the sustainable development of offshore fishery resources, themarine ranch building is going through a national-wide promotion and construction. Thefish behavior control technology is an important sustain to ensure the efficient operationof marine ranching, which one key technology of four in marine ranch operation. Thecurrent fish domestication for the ocean ranching mainly relies on the manual operation.This thesis proposes a new fish domestication technology which is based on the fishbehavior. The technique is in the light of chemotactic response to the sound, the lightand other stimulations of fish in this study. The right amount of baits are used to realizethe behavior control of fish in the marine ranching. Meanwhile, according to thetechnology used in the study, this thesis provides a design of a fish domesticationequipment, in which the feeding systems can be logically controlled by monitoring thesound and the light. Also the optimized feeding systems, energy supply systems andmonitor systems are designed. All the systems mentioned above constitute anUnattended Automatic Timed Sentinel Fish Acclimated System (UATSFAS). Thissystem is conducive to the realization of the scientific fish domestication of the marineranching, and it also promotes the construction and the development of the oceanranching. Moreover, the equipment which is used to control the actions of fish alsoconduct an effective management for releasing fish fries. The technology provides areliable reference to the development of Chinese marine resources in the future, whichis very important to the marine fisheries development.The main contents and achievements in this thesis:(1) Using Sparus Macrocephalus as the experimental samples for thedomestication study, probe into the fish reaction to sound and light, and verify thefeature of taxis behavior.350Hz fixed-sine wave tone and flavored baits are used asstimulating factors to train the conditioned reflex for300Sparus macrocephalussamples. After total40times of acclimation in10days, the experiment has finished 100%of the trapping effect, and verified the feasibility of the sound acclimation. At thesame time, according to the observation and the comparison between the effects of fourcolors of light (red, yellow,blue, green) to Sparus macrocephalus during feeding, the redand the yellow light are ruled out as the light stimulation sources of domestication.According to the theoretical analysis and the analysis of environmental factors, thegreen light is chosen as the auxiliary source of the fish domestication.(2) To provide a functional and structural prototype design of the fishdomestication equipment, the optimizations of the buoy structure and the feedingsystem have been done. The functional design of the fish acclimated equipment mainlycomprises a buoy body, a food supply system, a inducing signal system, a controlsystem, a power supply system, a positioning and communication system and anenvironmental monitoring system. The design and the selection of prototype of buoybody referred to an ocean buoy design. Next, the mass point, the structure center and theother related parameters of buoy body has been optimized. By referring to the originaldesign of the ocean buoy, the design of the feed bin and the conveying mechanism aredeveloped, and the main parameters are well calculated. According to the design plan,machining and welding work on structural parts have been finished by tracking theentire process.(3) The control systems mainly include the induced signal system and the logiccontrol system. The induced signal system is the core of the whole domestication device,which mainly includes the sound system and lighting system. The sound systemprovides positive taxis stimulus to fish with the frequency of350Hz sinusoidal tone.And the green LED lights provides the light with a500nm wavelength. The logiccontrol system is an important technical support for the realization of logic controlbetween the induced signal system and the food supply system. The design of thesystem mainly consists of an MCU main control module, an audio playback controlmodule, an LED lamp control module, a motor control module, a battery chargingcontrol module, an LCD display module and a key operation module.(4) The designs of the energy supply system and other auxiliary system, andexperimental tests have been completed in this chapter. In order to avoid the potentialsafety hazard caused by carrying the power cable from the shore, the energy supplysystem mainly contains the design section and the calculation section of the battery selection and the renewable power generation system. And eventually the solar energyand lead-acid battery have been chosen for the design of the energy supply system. Theauxiliary system mainly contains an anti-settling system, an underwater monitoringsystem and a communication system. The anti-settling system is designed by fillingmethod, which can greatly improve the safety factor of the equipment. The underwatermonitor control system design mainly contains the design of the seal box and thecloud-desktop camera. The communication positioning system provides the localizationof the equipment and the information transmission by employing GPS and the3Gnetwork.(5) In order to verify the feasibility and the effect of fish domestication equipment,a serious of experimental tests have beed done in XiangShan marine ranching. Anequipment domesticates8,000Sparus macrocephalus juveniles in a20m×10m×3.5mcage. The domestication process and the results were recorded by underwaterobservation system. Thirty days later, the trapping rate of Sparus macrocephalusjuveniles reached to95%. The test results show the various systems of self-developedfish domestication equipment are stable, and the device is feasible and efficient for thecultivation and domestication of Sparus macrocephalus. The experiments provide thetest reference and theoretical foundations for the domestication of other species, andalso provide the effective equipment support for the fish cultivation and thedomestication in the ocean ranching.
