Hunan province as a typical rice-growing region in our country,it holds there are many different kinds of paddy soil types and of different kinds of farming soil under the condition of the law of rice yield and nutrient uptake in the way of research,in order to provide theoretical basis for reasonable use of different types of soil,this study through long-term plot test,Four treatments(T1),T2(T2),T3(T3)and T4(T4)were set,and three replicates were set for each treatment.Double cropping rice planting mode was carried out,and three time nodes(unturned field before transplanting,early rice booting stage and late rice booting stage)were selected.To investigate the diversity,composition,structure and function of microorganism population in four main paddy soils of Hunan Province,namely,mesa mud,stucco mud,purple mud and hesha mud,as well as their effects on soil nutrients and crop yield.The results are as follows:(1)In the key growth period of early rice and late rice,the growth and development of rice in Masha mud soil treatment was better.At the early rice stage,the plant height,root length,SPAD value and leaf area index of Mashan soil were increased by 3.21 cm,2.38 cm,4.45 cm and 0.18 cm,respectively;At the late rice stage,the plant height,root length,SPAD value and leaf area index of Mashan soil were 2.26 cm,3.37 cm,3.79 cm and 0.144 cm higher than those of Heshan soil,respectively.(2)The content of soil nutrients was higher,but the p H was lower in the Masha mud soil treatment.Before transplanting,the contents of TN,an and SOC in Masha soil were the highest,which were 36.36%,38.47% and 48.31% higher than those in river sand soil,respectively,but the p H value was 25.16% lower than that in purple soil;At the booting stage of early rice,the contents of TN,an and SOC in Masha soil were 36.12%,26.00% and53.59% higher than those in Hesha soil,respectively,and the p H value was 22.36% lower than that in purple soil;At booting stage of late rice,the contents of TN,an and SOC in Mashan soil were 35.71%,27.5% and 53.96% higher than those in Heshan soil,respectively,and the p H value was 20.03% lower than that in purple soil(3)The diversity of richness and Shannon communities in lime soil was higher,and the diversity of microbial communities in four types of soil was higher than that before rice planting.At booting stage of early rice,the richness and Shannon community diversity in lime soil were 14.50% and 3.82% higher than that in purple soil,respectively;Compared with purple soil,the soil biodiversity of late rice at booting stage was increased by 11.46%and 3.27% respectively,and the highest and lowest soil biodiversity were 11.46% and 1.8%respectively.(4)The relative abundance of Proteus in Masha soil and acidobacteria in river sand soil were the highest.Among the treatments,the relative abundance of Proteus was the highest at all levels,and the relative abundance of Masha mud was the highest,reaching 37.03%,which was 11.09%,14.89% and 5.96% higher than that of lime mud field,purple mud field and river sand mud,respectively;The relative abundance of acidobacteria in river sand soil was the highest,accounting for 16.78%,which was 2.03,3.29 and 7.77 percentage points higher than that in lime mud field,purple mud field and Masha mud field,respectively.(5)The contents of TN,SOC and an were the main factors affecting soil microbial community,while the contents of AP and AK were the secondary factors.The contents of soil SOC,TN,an and AK were the main factors affecting the change of microbial community;The contents of AP and p H were the main factors affecting the changes of soil microbial community in lime soil and purple soil.(6)The results showed that the theoretical yield of early rice,late rice and double cropping rice could be increased to a certain extent by Masha soil.The effect of different soil types on rice yield was different,and the effect of Masha mud soil treatment on rice yield was better.The theoretical yield of early rice was 13.78% higher than that of river sand mud soil;The theoretical yield of late rice increased by 8.96%;The theoretical yield of double cropping rice increased by 11.33%.
