| Cultivated land is the lifeblood of grain production,and 1.8 billion mu of cultivated land is the foundation for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The strict management and control of land resources has restricted the approval of land for new construction,reconstruction and expansion of pig farms,which to a certain extent affects the freedom of pork consumption in the well-off life of Chinese people.In recent years,in order to ensure the supply and demand of pork and alleviate the contradiction between people and pigs competing for land,the development of space and the construction of building pig farms have become a new choice for pig raising enterprises in the new era.However,the results of production and operation show that building pig farms generally has problems such as high initial investment cost,difficult pig herd turnover,high potential biological safety hazards,unreasonable building structure design,fecal and urine corrosion of building structures,and poor environmental control effects,which seriously affects the normal production of pig farms and hinders the development of building pig farms.In response to the above problems,this paper follows the requirements of saving,safety,environmental protection and welfare,and plans and designs a building pig farm with7,200 basic sows in self-reproduction and self-raising mode.By optimizing the production process and building structure,it can provide a reference for the construction of modern pig farms.The project adopts a two-point process layout of sows,nursery & fattening,and consists of one 6-storey breeding and pregnancy building and three 6-storey nursery-fattening buildings.Each floor is an independent production line with 1,200 basic sows.There are 3 mating houses,5 gestation houses and 6 farrowing houses,with a total of348 mating pens,3 seductive boar pens,54 replacement gilt pens,710 gestation pens and324 farrowing crates.The nursery and fattening houses are distributed on the same floor in every Nursery-fattening building,with 2 nursery houses and 10 fattening houses on each floor,with a total of 64 nursery pens and 160 fattening pens.The main design contents include: the gestation house and farrowing house are designed from the traditional two-column and three-aisle model into two-column single-aisle,and pigs enter and exit at the back,saving construction area;the beam is designed as a reverse beam,and the reverse beam is used as the pool wall of the pig house blister manure process on the upper floor.The height of the building pig house can be reduced from the traditional 4 m to 3 m;the supporting columns are hidden in the wall to improve the area utilization rate;the nursery and fattening houses in the nursery-fattening building are designed from the upper and lower distribution to the same layer distribution to reduce pig transferring times between floors;targeted and precise ventilation in the pig house,the nozzles on the air ducts on both sides of the pig house directly blow the wind to the pigs,and then pass through the manure leakage floor and enter the exhaust duct under the aisle.This mode has a short wind path and uniform ventilation,which can effectively reduce the probability of disease transmission and the concentration of harmful gases produced by blister manure fermentation;centralized purification of exhaust gas,a centralized ventilation shaft is set at the air outlet of the pig house,and the exhaust gas is collected on the roof for centralized purification,with high purification efficiency and low energy consumption;one-way flow of pigs and people,each building is equipped with 3hydraulic lifts for pigs and 2 elevators for people;pregnant sows are reared in upturned single pen,and the single pen can be turned up at regular intervals to increase the aisle area.The sows can exit the pens to move in the house;nurse piglets are fed with liquid feed to reduce weaning stress;solar photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof to block excessive solar radiation,while photovoltaic power generation reduces production costs;the combination of planting and breeding realizes an effective cycle of production and consumption,and builds the pig farm into an eco-friendly circular agriculture. |
