Soil is the basic element of ecological environment.As a typical soil degradation problem,soil erosion seriously affects the quality of ecological environment and land resources,and restricts the development of social economy.The control and management of soil erosion in Daning River Basin is related to ecological security.The study of soil erosion law is a key step to solve the local soil erosion.To study the temporal and spatial changes of soil erosion in Daning River Basin is beneficial to the further implementation of soil erosion remediation and the improvement of ecological environment.With the development of GIS,the study of soil erosion is gradually deepening.It is of great significance to create a suitable soil erosion model combined with the technical characteristics of GIS.In this paper,Daning River watershed located in the central area of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is taken as the research area,and software platforms such as Arc GIS and Envi are used comprehensively.Using RS,GIS and RUSLE model system,this paper simulated and analyzed the soil erosion in Daning River Basin in 2008,2013 and 2018.The soil erosion intensity is further classified and quantitatively analyzed,and the correlation analysis between the distance from the river,elevation,slope and soil erosion is discussed.The CA-ANN-Markov model is used to analyze and predict the soil erosion in Daning River Basin in 2023,which provides scientific support and suggestions for soil erosion ecological restoration in Daning River Basin.(1)Evaluation system construction based on quantitative evaluation model of soil erosion: based on rainfall,terrain,soil,remote sensing image and other data as data sources,the RUSLE model was built on Arc GIS and ENVI software as platforms.The required images were preprocessed,and C factor of vegetation cover was extracted by mixed pixel decomposition,so as to quantitatively evaluate the soil erosion in Daning River Basin.(2)Assessment and dynamic change analysis of soil erosion in Daning River Basin: Based on RUSLE model and correlation analysis,the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of soil erosion in Daning River Basin in 2008,2013 and2018 were obtained.The results showed that the overall soil erosion showed a decreasing trend,the areas of slight,extreme and severe erosion increased first and then decreased,and the areas of mild,moderate and intense erosion decreased first and then increased.The slight erosion area is large,and it is distributed in the middle and north of the study area.The mild,moderate,intense and extreme erosion area is distributed in the south of the study area.The spatial distribution of soil erosion was strongly correlated with the distance to the river,altitude and slope.Soil erosion was the most serious in the region with an altitude of 500m-1500 m and a slope of 10°-20°,5 km from the river,500m-1500 m from the river and 10 ° from the river.(3)Build the CA-ANN-Markov prediction model and put forward Suggestions to: based on DEM,NDVI,rainfall,distance from the river,away from the road distance,driving force of the impact factor to predict population factor;Through the CA-ANN-Markov model to predict large Ning He basin soil erosion situation in2023,change trend of soil erosion in 2018-2023 and 2008-2013,mild,moderate,erosion intensity is increased With increasing trend,the micro degree,extreme strength and severe erosion show decreasing trend.Suggestions were put forward based on measures of ecological restoration and comprehensive management in the study area,and comprehensive ecological management was carried out according to local conditions.
