Large flow of grain unloading has the characteristics of large amount of grain and dust,which seriously threatens the health and environmental safety of staff.In this study,the development status of grain dust removal technology and industrial dust removal technology at home and abroad is reviewed based on the investigation of dust removal demand in the process of large flow discharge of grain.The characteristics,dust removal mechanism and dust removal mechanism of grain dust are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study on dust characteristics of large discharge grain.Aiming at the problem of dust emission in the process of large flow discharge,the characteristics of grain discharge dust were studied,including the shape of dust particles,the particle size of dust,the distribution of dust particle size,the density of dust,the flow and friction characteristics of dust,and the adhesion of dust.Combined with data measurement and statistics,the results show that the characteristics of grain dust provide theoretical guidance for this design.(2)Overall Scheme Design of Large Flow Discharge Pulse Dust Collector.The design scheme and basic parameters of the whole machine are determined according to the dust discharge standard in the process of unloading grain with large flow rate,combined with the dust characteristics and dust removal mechanism,including filtering wind speed1.0m/min,processing capacity 1400~2500m~3/h,pulse width50~150ms,pulse interval 15s and dust removal period 30s.(3)Design and development of prototype and key components of large flow discharge pulse dust remover.The design parameters of key components are determined by analyzing the mechanism of filtration and pulse jet cleaning,and a three-dimensional model is established in SOILDWORKS.(4)Experimental Study on Large Flow Discharge Pulse Dust Collector.The experimental design was carried out for the two processes of filtration and pulse jet ash cleaning,and the data analysis of the experimental results was carried out.The results showed that the optimal parameters of the filtration process were as follows:the filter bag area was 0.5m~2,the filtration wind speed was 1.1m/min,the filter cloth porosity was 93%or the filtration wind speed was 1.9m/min,the filter bag area was 0.48m~2,and the filter cloth porosity was93%.The optimal parameters of pulse jet cleaning process are jet distance of 50mm,pulse interval of 15s,back-blowing flow rate of 600m~3/(hm~2).According to the test and analysis of filtration and dust removal test,the optimal combination parameters were used to optimize the test.The average test values of operation resistance and dust removal efficiency were 0.12N and 99.57%,respectively.The dust concentration during the period meets the requirements of national standards.Therefore,the design can meet the operation requirements of large discharge grain dust removal. |
