Straw can be used as feed,fertilizer and biomass fuel,but due to improper storage methods,a large number of straw can not be used efficiently,resulting in a great waste of resources.The annual output of crop straw in China is great.In order to improve the utilization rate of straw resources,it is very urgent to effectively solve the problem of straw envelope and its long-term storage.Generally speaking,the density of square grass bales is higher than that of round grass bales,and it is convenient for transportation and stacking and storage.Domestic research is relatively mature,while the theoretical research on the envelope technology of round grass bales is very rare.Therefore,to solve the technical problem of the straw bundle envelope,The self-propelled baler flip winding mechanism is designed with integrated grass bundle clamp,rotation and envelope,in order to solve the problem of the size of the lightweight,the CAE analysis of the key components of the flip winding mechanism and structure optimization.The main research contents and innovation points are as follows:(1)Innovation of flip-winding mechanism scheme.In order to realize the positioning and rotation,the crank lever mechanism and crank slider mechanism are designed to ensure the envelope.After the overall design scheme of the flip winding mechanism is determined,the structural parameters of the components,such as clamping roller machine,structural tensile film supply mechanism,transfer arm and so on are designed and the modeling and virtual assembly are conducted using the 3 D software UG.(2)Simulation Analysis of roller Mechanism.The relevant mathematical model of the roller mechanism is established,constraints and simulation parameters are added to the model,and analyzed in ADANS.The simulation results show that the motion range of the roller mechanism meets the functional requirements of holding and lifting the square straw bales within a certain size range.The movement of the lifting arm,the roll and the support of the roller can be coordinated,so that the bundle can rotate on the roll and realize the whole bundle without missing envelope.(3)CAE analysis and structural optimization of key components of flip-winding mechanism.ANSYS software is used to verify whether the designed structure can meet the strength and stiffness requirements of the material under actual working conditions,including the natural frequency of the external excitation frequency,topology optimization based on CAE analysis,statics analysis,verify that the stiffness strength of the optimized model still meets the material requirements,achieving the purpose of lightweight.
