| Light environment is an indispensable factor for the survival of tropical fish pets.At present,many studies have been carried out on the effects of light intensity and cycle on the growth of tropical fish,but the effects of light in different bands on the growth of tropical fish pets still need to be further explored.In this paper,the effects of different light sources on the growth of two kinds of tropical fish with high feeding rates were studied within the visible spectrum,and the technical scheme of sterilization and disinfection treatment for the living water environment of fish pets in the UVC band of the invisible spectrum was discussed.The specific research contents and innovations were as follows:1.The effects of isochromatic band(≤15nm)LED light on growth rate of parrot fish(Amphilophus)were investigated.Select SMD5050 lamp bead,set the illumination of the light environment to 800 lx and the illumination period to 14D:10L.The experimental light source was divided into three groups: Group A was green LED(515-530nm),Group B was red LED(620-630nm),and Group C was blue LED(460-470nm).There were five parrotfish in each group.After 19 d illumination experiment,one-way ANOVA was conducted on the average body length and body mass data measured in each group by SPSS software.It was found that the same color light source in different bands had significant influence on the growth rate of body length and body mass of parrotfish(P< 0.01).The growth rate of pet body length was4.017% in Group A,8.878% in Group B and 5.882% in Group C.The increase rate of pet body mass in Group A,Group B and Group C was 3.950%,10.929% and 10.363% respectively.The growth rates of body length and body mass in Group B(red light)were higher than those in the other two groups.2.The effects of combined spectral LED irradiation on the growth rate of Poecilia latipinna were further investigated.The 5050 lamp bead was selected,and the illumination environment was 500 lx and the illumination period was 15D: 9L.The experimental light source is divided into four groups: Group A(natural light),Group B(red light 620-630 nm,yellow light 585-595nm),Group C(red light 620-630 nm,yellow light 585-595 nm,blue light 460-470nm),and Group D(red light 620-630 nm,yellow light 585-595 nm,green light 515-530nm);Group A was the control group,and the average daily illumination value measured by the sensor was478.128lx;Group B,Group C and Group D were experimental groups.Light Tools was used to simulate the light source layout,and lamps were placed on the fish tank according to the scheme with better simulation results.After 63 d illumination experiment,one-way ANOVA was conducted for the average body length and body mass data measured each time in four groups of pets by SPSS software.The P value of the influence of different combination spectra on the growth rate of juvenile Moley was 0.298.Then,independent sample T test was conducted for BCD Groups and Group A respectively.P(AC)=0.015 < P(AD)=0.102 < P(AB)=0.12,the difference in growth rate between Group C and Group A control group was the largest.The growth rate of body weight,specific growth rate of body weight and feed conversion ratio of Group C(red,yellow and blue)were better than those of the other three groups.3.The feasibility of using deep ultraviolet LED in fish tank to purify the living water environment of fish pets was preliminarily discussed,and two sterilization schemes of phototactic fish drive and physical isolation were proposed to protect the safety of fish pets.The results show that under the experimental condition of 500 lx illumination,the phototaxis of violet light reaches 90%,which still can not meet the safety requirements.The physical isolation scheme includes two kinds of built-in baffle and external water module,which verifies the sterilization effect through the combination of simulation and experiment.5× 105 cfu /100 m L escherichia coli solution was used in the dynamic water module sterilization experiment,and the experimental results showed by the coating plate method: The designed moving water sterilization module can completely kill the bacteria in the water(sterilization rate > 70%),and the sterilization rate of the water can reach 99.99% with six 18 m W deep ultraviolet LED operating at full power for 3min.When there is fish disease or green water in the fish tank,the module can be used to treat the water quality.Through the growth experiment of tropical fish pet,it is found that changing the LED light environment can promote the growth of parrot fish and molay fish.It can be concluded that red light can promote the growth of tropical fish pets if the same color light source is used.If the combination of light sources,the use of red,yellow,blue ratio scheme can better promote the growth.The results of water sterilization experiment confirm that when the water quality of fish pet has problems,the deep ultraviolet sterilization method described in this paper can effectively solve the bacteria in the water.The light environment constructed in this paper provides a reference for the breeder to better breed tropical fish pets. |
