China’s pork production and sales and per capita consumption level have long been in the forefront of the world,and with China’s economic development and the improvement of residents’ living standards,the demand for pork is on the rise.In order to meet the production demand and improve the production efficiency,many free-range farmers are transforming and upgrading to large-scale breeding,and the breeding concept and technology of large-scale sow farms are also developing rapidly.However,there are many problems in the process of large-scale sow farm construction and breeding,such as unreasonable farm construction layout,limited manure disposal capacity and single safety and epidemic prevention measures.It can be seen that the environmental control planning,manure treatment and biosafety management technology promotion of large-scale sows farms in China need to be strengthened.According to scale a common problem,this study according to the natural climate condition in the guanzhong region,has carried out 600 head sows field area layout,piggery environmental optimization,waste treatment,biological safety related technologies in the field of integrated study,the following results:(1)to design suitable for shaanxi guanzhong plain sows field function layout scheme.The scheme pays attention to the rationality of each functional area and building layout of sow farm,which can improve the management efficiency and biological safety of sow farm.(2)The architectural design and internal environmental control of piggery were optimized.The content includes the calculation and design of parameters of building area,column,infrastructure and supporting system.The new design of "excrement ditch + anti-trample baffle" and the overflow excrement process of blister excrement ditch have strong practical significance to optimize the excrement removal system.(3)Integrated pig farm manure treatment system.Using black film anaerobic fermentation and trough composting technology,it can meet the daily manure treatment of 600 basic sows.(4)Put forward the later operation,biosafety prevention and control and elimination management scheme of the farm process design for the convenience of systematic study and reference by personnel working in this field.In this paper,the integration and optimization scheme of planning and construction technology for 600 basic sow farms in Guanzhong area was designed.The planning and construction of medium-sized sow farms in Guanzhong area can be designed with reference to this scheme except that the boundary of the farm area should be adjusted to local conditions.This scheme provides a good idea for the development of medium-sized sow farmers,so that more people pay attention to the early planning,ecological and environmental protection issues and biosafety issues of pig farm construction,which is conducive to the large-scale and specialized development of Piglet breeding system in China.
