| Sheep dermatophytosis is one of the common sheep skin diseases in clinic.It is contagious and mostly chronic.It is manifested as inflammatory reaction,hair loss,itching and crusting at the lesions,and the disease course is long and recurring.Work and clinical treatment bring difficulties.At the same time,when sheep develop dermatophytosis,their own immunity will decline,their growth and development will be stunted,and certain economic losses will be caused to the sheep industry.Sheep dermatophytosis is a zoonotic disease that also threatens human beings.Therefore,effective comprehensive prevention and treatment of sheep dermatophytosis is also of great significance to social public health security.There are a large number of reports showing that pathogenic fungi are resistant to traditional antifungal drugs,and it is more and more difficult to treat dermatophytosis clinically.At present,a large number of studies at home and abroad have proved that plant essential oils have strong antifungal effects.Natural plant extracts have high safety when used and are not easy to remain,so they were developed to treat diseases caused by fungal infections.Research purposes: As a unique sheep breed in my country,Hu sheep has the characteristics of estrus in four seasons,and its breeding scale is rapidly increasing.At present,the scale of Hu sheep breeding in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province is constantly expanding.In order to find out the incidence characteristics,pathogenic types and susceptibility to current conventional antifungal drugs and plant essential oils of Hu sheep dermatophytosis,the prevention of dermatophytosis in sheep is formed.,diagnosis,treatment theory and methods.Research methods: Epidemiological survey,including age,symptoms,disease site,disease type,etc.The pathogenic strains were isolated,purified and cultured in the laboratory by collecting skin and hair samples from the foci of diseased sheep.The pathogenic strains were identified by PCR to determine the type of pathogenic bacteria,and the sensitivity of the pathogenic bacteria to nystatin,ketoconazole,itraconazole,the active substance complex of plant essential oils and the micro-dilution method were explored by the Rosco drug susceptibility paper method.Sensitivity test to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of plant essential oil active substance complexes against pathogenic bacteria.In the clinical treatment experiment,vaseline was selected as the matrix of the plant essential oil active substance complex,which played the role of shaping,improving the efficacy and protecting the damaged skin.In clinical practice,sheep with dermatophyte disease were selected,and according to the test results of the microdilution method,vaseline was used to allocate the drug to an appropriate concentration for treatment,and the treatment effect was observed and recorded,and the treatment plan was finally determined.Research results: Epidemiological survey showed that the incidence of skin diseases in four large-scale lake sheep farms was 2.9%(749/26252),and fungal skin diseases were the main ones,accounting for 37.1%(278/749)of the total skin disease cases.,significantly higher than the proportion of bacterial and parasitic skin diseases(P<0.05).2-4 months old was the high incidence period of sheep skin disease,accounting for 32.2%(241/749)of the total skin disease cases.The number of sheep with head and face disease accounted for33.9%(254/749)of the total number of skin diseases,which was significantly more than the number of sheep with other parts of the disease(P<0.05).A total of 45 disease materials were collected in the experiment,and 58 fungi were isolated and purified in the laboratory.The results of PCR amplification and sequencing were as follows: 13 strains of Alternaria,12 strains of Microsporum gypsum,9 strains of Fusarium,conditional 24 strains of pathogenic bacteria,including 11 strains of Aspergillus(5 strains of Aspergillus fumigatus,3 strains of Aspergillus niger,3 strains of Aspergillus flavus),3 strains of Mucor,6 strains of Penicillium(4 strains of Paecilomyces,2 strains of Penicillium),4 strains of Chaetomium globosa.The Rosco paper disc method was used to test the susceptibility of pathogenic bacteria to nystatin(NYS),ketoconazole(KET),itraconazole(ITC),plant essential oil active substance complex(cinnamaldehyde 37.5%,thymol 62.5%))resistance rate.Alternaria.were resistant to nystatin,ketoconazole and itraconazole,and the drug resistance rates were23.1%(3/13),30.8%(4/13),23.1%(3/13),respectively),no resistance to plant essential oil active substance complexes;Microsporum gypseum was resistant to nystatin,ketoconazole and itraconazole,and the resistance rates were 16.7%(2/12),25.0%(3/12),33.3%(4/12),no resistance to plant essential oil active substance complex.Fusarium was resistant to ketoconazole and itraconazole,and the drug resistance rates were 33.3%(3/9)and 66.7%(6/9),respectively,but no resistance to nystatin and plant essential oil active substance complexes medicinal properties.According to the M38-A2 protocol,after 96 hours of culture,the minimum inhibitory concentration of the plant essential oil active substance complex against Alternaria.was 3.13μL/m L,and the minimum inhibitory concentration against Microsporum gypseum was 3.13μL./m L;the minimum inhibitory concentration against Fusarium is 1.56 μL/m L.In the clinical treatment trial,the 60 sick sheep in the experimental group were treated with the plant essential oil active substance complex for 10 days.The cure rate of the 60 experimental sheep was 95.0%(57/60).New hair grows and the physiological state of the skin returns to normal.Conclusion: Sheep skin diseases are susceptible to 2-4 months of age,and most of them are fungal skin diseases caused by fungal infections.The main pathogens are Alternaria,Fusarium and Microsporum gypsum.Using vaseline to match with the plant essential oil active substance complex reduces the penetration rate of the plant essential oil active substance complex in the skin,increases the drug concentration on the skin surface,and ensures the plant essential oil active substance complex in the clinical treatment of dermatophytosis.The effect is simple and easy to operate,has little impact on animals,and is helpful for the healing of damaged skin.In the treatment experiment,the cure rate is 95.0%,and the treatment effect is remarkable. |
