In recent years,Chinese fisheries have developed rapidly,and their scale has been enlarged continuously.However,there are still problems such as low production efficiency,shortage of labor and unequal feeding.The popularization of fishing machinery and equipment is the key breakthrough to solve such problems.However,at present,fishing machinery and equipment overly emphasizes on technology development and lacks systematic industrial design.Therefore,how to balance the aesthetic and functional aspects of aquaculture fishery machinery and equipment to obtain aesthetic,easy-to-use and practical products to improve market competitiveness is the focus of fishery machinery industry research.Based on the shape grammar,this paper introduces the concept of design constraints in product shape design,establishes a modeling design process combined with perceptual analysis and rational research,and applies the design process to the modeling project practice of intelligent baiting ship.Firstly,the design requirements of the target product are analyzed by using 5W2 H method.Through the semantic differential method to study the image and establish perceptual constraints.The physical constraints are established from the aspects of functional structure,material technology,spatial location,human-machine-environment,etc.,and all the constraints are transformed into quantitative indicators,laying a foundation for the following research.Secondly,a wide range of samples are collected according to the perceptual constraints obtained from image positioning to construct products of the same family and different families.Through the questionnaire survey,the selected typical product features and extracted form building form element collection,using the design form analysis method to determine the initial shape.Thirdly,the weight value of the initial shape is analyzed,and the specific shape grammar rules are determined according to the weight and relevant material constraints.After the initial shape is parameterized with the help of grasshopper,the parameterized deduction is carried out according to the grammar rules.Finally,the shape after deduction is combined and screened,and the final design result is obtained by evaluating the scheme from technical,cost,achievable and image aspects.Then the design results are evaluated and verified.The results show that the design process is feasible,and can effectively reduce repeated design,improve design efficiency,shorten development cycle,and avoid the disconnection between modeling and function.
