Remarks On The Coordinated Development Between Eco-environment Of Grassland And Livestock Husbandry Economy In Tibet

As China’s ecological security guarantee area,the Tibet Autonomous Region is an important part of the global "third pole" Qinghai Tibet Plateau.It breeds the major rivers in Asia and accommodates ecosystems such as grasslands,forests and wetlands.It has the functions of regulating climate,conserving water sources and maintaining biodiversity development.It is an ecological security protection base in China and even the world.However,in recent years,affected by climate change and the diversification of economic development mode,Tibet’s grassland resources are difficult to meet people’s growing economic and living needs.The degradation rate of grassland is faster than the development rate of animal husbandry economy,which intensifies the spear and shield between grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy,and affects the economic life of local residents and the long-term stability of Tibet Autonomous Region.In view of this,the article hopes to maintain the long-term development of animal husbandry economy while restoring the grassland ecological environment in Tibet,rationally recognize the relationship between grassland and animal husbandry,scientifically analyze the coordinated development state of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions conducive to the coordinated development of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy in Tibet.Firstly,based on the theories and methods of ecological economics,environmental economics and Synergetics,this paper explains in detail the connotation and principles of the coordinated development of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy,and fully shows the value and significance of studying the coordinated development of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy based on the axiology of natural resources,economics and ethnology.Then,the article deeply analyzes the development status of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy in Tibet,discusses the interaction between them by using the evolution process from the past to the present,and comes to the conclusion that "grass and livestock" and "man and nature" have maintained a harmonious development trend in the traditional nomadic period,which is the key to the evolution contradiction in recent years.At the same time,it reflects that grassland nomadic culture has always been the main factor in coordinating the development of "grass and livestock".Then,the paper constructs an index system for the coordinated development of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy in Tibet,takes grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy as two interactive subsystems in a large system,calculates the weight and comprehensively evaluates the development of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry in Tibet Autonomous Region in the past 15 years,and obtains the annual sunshine The cumulative artificial grass planting area and the grass planting area in the current year are the main factors affecting the grassland ecological environment,and their weights are greater than 15%.The weight of regional GDP,per capita grassland of herdsmen and per capita income of herdsmen is greater than 10%,which is an important factor affecting the economic development of animal husbandry in Tibet.It is concluded that such indicators are not only the main indicators affecting the internal development of each subsystem,but also the key indicators affecting the coordinated development of "grass and livestock" systems.In the comprehensive evaluation model,it is concluded that the comprehensive development index of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy in Tibet showed a change trend of first fluctuating and then gradually rising from 2005 to 2019,which demonstrates that there is a relationship between the deterioration of grassland ecological environment in Tibet and the economic growth of animal husbandry.Then,using the collaborative development model,this paper focuses on the changing relationship between the grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy in Tibet from 2005 to 2019 and the problems in the collaborative development,and makes a detailed analysis on the stages and types of coordinated development.It is concluded that the grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy in Tibet are in the primary stage of coordinated development,and the collaborative relationship is relatively close,but the collaborative state is unstable,Coordinated development is not synchronized.In this regard,this paper puts forward the path choice to realize the coordinated development of grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy in Tibet from the perspectives of economy,society,culture and policy.
