The seedling feeder mechanism as the core part of rice transplanters,bears a larger impact load in procession of work,and its function will directly affect the final planting effect.Therefore,it is necessary to do fully research on seedling feeder mechanism principle,master its moving process and force status,then design a good seedling feeder mechanism,in order to meet the increasing planting speed and ensure the reliability.This article includes the following contents:1.On the basis of relevant literature at home and abroad,the article introduces the current situation of the development of mechanization in rice transplanting,and then gives a brief comparative analysis of several typical seedling feeder mechanism’s performance.The author also expounds the working principle of the seedling feeder mechanism,and focuses on analysis of Yanmar VP6 and Kubota NSPU-68CM transplanters’ transmission line.2.After detailed working status analysis of the mechanism and the key members of the shifting box mechanism including a screw shaft,shifted gears and slider design,the principle designs are analyzed.Then the author establishes the mathematical model of the screw shaft cogging,the diameter of the screw shaft,spiral curves and reverse segments arc transition curve.Much more attention should be paid to the modified gears design and parameter selection,and sufficient conditions to do analysis of the slider sliding smoothly in the alveolar.3.Using of three-dimensional software Pro/E to establish a solid model of the shifting box parts,especially for the screw shaft as part of the mechanism’s core movement and force,working intensity,high precision machining,manufacture of complex solid modeling difficult,the article focus on the detailed methods of the screw shaft modeling.4、With the help of MechPro2005 software,the Pro/E assembly model was imported into ADAMS,creating a virtual prototype model and the whole mechanism motion and dynamics analysis.Then the article focuses on some questions of the rationality of the virtual prototype model,the contact gap of the slider and bead flange,an instant contact force to move of the seedling feeder mechanism,on the high-speed,low-speed,no-load and full-load conditions the performance of the overall feeder mechanism and the modification of the slider.All these analysis results will provide data and theoretical reference for the production of physical prototypes. |
