At present,the main way of sowing millet in China is broadcast sowing and drill sowing,there are many problems such as high sowing amount,large amount of water and fertilizer application,and artificial thinning is needed after the emergence of seedlings,which greatly increases labor intensity and investment cost.As an advanced crop planting method,the hill-seeding technology changes the traditional operation mode of drill sowing and accumulation,accurately controls the sowing amount,hole spacing and field distribution uniformity,and reduces the investment cost while eliminating the link of thinning after emergence.But because of small volume,light quality millet seeds,and contains husks,existing corn dibbling seed metering device is difficult to realize quantitative points from the population,there is blocking,poor seed uniformity,metering plate of high speed filling rate is low,this article combines millet dibbling agronomic requirements,design a kind of positive and negative pressure type-round hole modular millet dibbling seed metering device.Theoretical analysis,structural design,bench test and field test were carried out based on the material characteristics of millet seeds.The main research contents include:(1)To more areas in heilongjiang province,big jingu valley,a complex number 13,three kinds of millet seeds backflip studios 31 st as the research object,on the material characteristic test,the three dimension of foxtail millet seeds,grain,porosity,internal friction Angle,the natural Angle of repose,sliding friction Angle,the material properties of suspension speed and so on,It provides reference for the overall structure and key components design of seed metering apparatus.(2)Develop a combination of positive and negative pressure and type hole wheel for millet hill-drop seeding and seed arrangement,design and calculate its type hole wheel,type hole,seed protection plate,seed cleaning brush,negative pressure chamber,seed nozzle and other key structures,and determine the relevant structural parameters.Theoretical analysis was made on the working process of seed metering device,the mechanical model of seeds in the filling area and seeding area under the dual action of air field and gravity field was established,the force and movement of seeds in the seed guide tube were analyzed,and the factors affecting the working effect of seed metering device and the structure of seed guide tube were obtained.(3)to carry on the positive and negative pressure-round hole modular millet dibbling seed metering device performance testing research,with suction hole diameter pore type,degree of vacuum,wheel speed as the test factors,percent of pass,replay rate,sowing rate as the evaluation index,the single factor experiment was carried out first,to explore the evaluation index trend,along with the change of test factors quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test again,The mathematical model of experimental factors and objective function was established,and the optimal parameter combination was obtained.Finally,a field test was carried out to verify the actual operation performance of seed metering device.
