The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of different add itives on the fermentation quality of silage Amorpha and the rumen juice index es of Yanbian cattle.Provide theoretical basis for the actual production of Amo rpha silage.Experiment 1:Amorpha japonica collected in June was treated with 200 m g·kg-1 lactic acid bacteria,200 mg·kg-1 molasses,200 mg·kg-1 lactic acid bac teria,200 mg·kg-1 molasses and 400 mg·kg-1 cellulase,respectively.Among th em,adding lactic acid bacteria was lab group,adding molasses was M group,adding lactic acid bacteria and molasses was lab-m group,and adding cellulase was CE group.The effects of different additives on the quality of Amorpha fr uticosa silage were studied in the forage laboratory for 60 days in the dark>M group>LAB group>CK group,the four experimental groups were respectivel y increased by 2.25%~8.29%compared with the CK group;the content of con densed tannin in silage with different additives was ranked as follows:CK gro up>M group>CE group>LAB-M group>LAB group,the four experimental gro ups were respectively 6.73%~9.92%lower than the CK group;the p H values o f different additives silage Amorpha in descending order were:CK group>M gr oup>CE group>LAB group>LAB-M group,the 4 test groups were reduced by10.6%~12.3%respectively;the lactic acid content of different additives in sila ge of Amorpha fruticosa from high to low was:CE group>M group>LAB-M g roup>CK group>LAB group,Compared with the CK group,the CE group,the M group and the LAB-M group were increased by 1.05%~6.08%respectively;the NH3-N/TN values of different additives in silage Amorpha were ranked fr om high to low:CK group>CE group>LAB group>M group>LAB-M group,th e 4 experimental groups decreased by 8.59%~13.3%respectively.Overall,the LAB-M group added with lactic acid bacteria and molasses silage Amorpha ha d the best effect.Experiment 2:In vitro digestion of Yanbian yellow cattle rumen was carri ed out with the silage of Amorpha with different additives in test 1,and the e ffect of adding different additives silage of Amorpha on the rumen fluid index of Yanbian cattle was explored.The test results showed that,except for 6 h,the p H values??of the four test groups were lower than those of the CK g roup at other times;the gas production of LAB-M at each measurement time point was significantly higher than that of the CK group(P<0.05);The NH3-N content of LAB-M group showed the lowest value at 6 h,while the CE grou p showed the lowest value at 12 h;after 48h of fermentation,the order of ace tic acid content in vitro fermentation from high to low was:LAB-M group>C E group>LAB group>M group>CK group,the four experimental groups increa sed by 6.9%~16.04%respectively;the order of in vitro fermentation dry matter degradation rate from high to low is:LAB-M group>CE group>M group>LA B group>CK group,the four experimental groups were increased by 12.68%~22.7%respectively;the crude protein degradation rate values of in vitro fermen tation were in descending order:CK group>LAB group>M group>CE group>L AB-M group,the four experimental groups were respectively The decrease was1.31%~5.48%.On the whole,the LAB-M group with the addition of lactic ac id bacteria and molasses silage Amorpha was the best.In summary,adding diff erent additives to the silage of Amorpha can effectively reduce the condensed t annin content of Amorpha,improve the fermentation quality of Amorpha silage,promote the in vitro fermentation of Yanbian cattle,increase the dry matter d egradation rate,and reduce the protein content.Degradation rate,in which the experimental group adding lactic acid bacteria and molasses mixed with silage Amorpha has the best effect.In conclusion,adding different additives to silage Amorpha fruticosa can e ffectively reduce the condensed tannin content of Amorpha fruticosa itself,impr ove the fermentation quality of silage Amorpha fruticosa,promote the in vitro fermentation of Yanbian yellow cattle,improve the dry matter degradation rate and reduce the protein degradation rate.Among them,the experimental group with Mixed Silage Amorpha fruticosa with Lactobacillus and molasses has the best effect.
