| The development of foxtail millet combine harvesting is still immature.Grain combine harvesters are mainly used for harvesting crops such as sorghum,corn,rice and other crops.The effect of foxtail millet,such as fine grain crops,is not good.There are serious losses due to ear drop,grain drop,and missed cutting.For a series of problems such as high trash rate and broken rate,the combine harvester dedicated to foxtail millet has not been promoted in the market.The experiment first measured the agronomic and mechanical properties of the foxtail millet plant as the basis for the setting of the cutting platform parameters and the basis of the finite element simulation analysis.Then,the finite element simulation analys is test was carried out on the foxtail millet plant to obtain the minimum impact on the foxtail millet plant during the combined harvest.The structure and height of the header,and finally the research on the parameters of the header of the grain combine harvester,the best header parameters of the grain combine are obtained,and the f inite element simulation analysis test results are mutually ver if ied,which is the research and development of the foxtail millet combine harvester and the header The reduction of the loss rate provides a reference,promotes the diversity of the structure of the grain combine harvester,and improves the quality of the foxtail millet combine harvest.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Measurement of agronomic traits and mechanical properties of foxtail millet plants: Agronomic traits of foxtail millet plants include plant height,stem length,natural plant height,stem diameter,ear length,ear thickness,ear weight,stem moisture content,and grain moisture Rates,etc.,pr ovide parameters for the establishment of foxtail millet plant models.The mechanical properties include the bending and shearing characteristic parameters of foxtail millet stems,which provide data for the finite element simulation analys is of foxtail millet plants.The test results show that with the increase of plant height,both the long axis and short axis of the stalk decrease;the stalk shear limit load and the stalk shear strength both decrease with the increase of the height of the cutting platform.(2)The finite element simulation analys is experiment of foxtail millet plants : mainly carry out statics analys is on the plants according to the height of the header and the bending load corresponding to different header structures to understand the equivalent stress distribution and the overall deformation of the plants.The test results show that compared with the reel-type header structure,the sprocket-type header structure and the corresponding header height have less impact on the plant,and the stress is the smallest when the bending load is 47.36 N and the plant height is 32.00 cm.At this time,the height of the corresponding cutting table is 30.00 cm;when the bending load is 21.23 N and the plant height is 57.70 cm,the plant deformation is the smallest,and the height of the corresponding cutting table is 32.70 cm.(3)Research on the influence of header parameters on the harvest quality of grain combine harvester foxtail millet : A field exper iment was carried out.The header parameters involved inc lude header structure,header height,cutting width,and forward speed.Under the conditions of different header parameters,measure the ear drop rate,missed cut rate,kernel drop rate,total loss rate of the header,cleaning loss rate,total loss rate,impurity rate and broken rate of the grain combine harvester.The test results show that compared with the reel-type header,the sprocket header is more suitable for foxtail millet combine harvesting,which is consistent with the finite element simulat ion analysis test result.When the sprocket header is used for harvesting,the speed is 0.76 m/ s.When the cutting width is 1.50 m and the height of the cutting table is 30.00 cm,the total loss rate of foxtail millet combined harvest is the smallest 5.13%,the impurity rate is 3.15%,and the crushing rate is 1.76%.At this time,the loss rate is small but the harvesting efficiency is low.When the use speed is 1.10 m/s,the cutting width is 3.00 m,and the height of the cutting table is 48.70 cm,the total loss rate of foxtail millet is 8.76%,the impurity rate is 2.96%,and the crushing rate is 1.55%.Due to the large cutting width and speed In actual production,the harvesting efficiency is high,the impurity rate and the broken rate are low,which improves the harvest quality of foxtail millet. |
