Study On The Development Way Of Eel Industry In Taishan Of Guangdong Province From The Perspective Of Agricultural Products Specialty Industrialization

With the development of supply side structural reform in China’s agricultural sector,the development of agricultural economy is facing new challenges.However,due to the increasingly fierce market competition of traditional agricultural products,the development of characteristic agricultural products industry has become a new direction of agricultural economic development.With the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards,high-quality agricultural products with local characteristics are becoming more and more popular.Relying on the advantages of regional characteristic resources,vigorously promoting the industrialization development of characteristic agricultural products has become the market demand for the development of agricultural modernization,and the industrialization development of characteristic agricultural products has become a new power to promote the growth of agricultural economy.The industrialization of characteristic agricultural products in China started relatively late,and it is still in the primary stage of development.In addition,the natural resources of characteristic agricultural products in different regions are different,the planning and layout of characteristic agricultural products are difficult to implement efficiently,and the industrialization development of characteristic agricultural products is still lagging behind.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the advanced system of modern agriculture,utilize the advantages of local characteristic resources and promote the industrialization of agricultural products with local characteristics,so as to promote the increase of farmers’ production and income,the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry system and the sustainable development of rural economy.Relying on the unique advantages of natural resources,Guangdong Taishan eel industry actively promotes the industrialization process.After years of development,it has become a representative agricultural product industry in Guangdong.Based on the basic theory of the development of agricultural industrialization,combined with the relevant theories of the industrial development of characteristic agricultural products and the research status at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the industrialization of characteristic agricultural products.From the perspective of characteristic agricultural products industrialization,this paper takes the development path of Taishan eel industry in Guangdong Province as the research object,explores the development characteristics of Taishan eel industry in Guangdong Province through field investigation and case analysis,summarizes the achievements of Taishan eel industry in Guangdong Province,analyzes the existing difficulties and influencing factors of Taishan eel industry in Guangdong Province,and puts forward targeted measures Finally,it summarizes practical experience for the industrialization of other characteristic agricultural products.Through the research on the development path of the eel industry in Taishan,Guangdong Province,this paper finds that it has made some achievements in large-scale construction,standardization construction and brand construction,but there are still some dilemmas such as few marketing channels,single eel products,unstable eel seedling supply and insufficient brand influence.The main reasons include the backward production and marketing mode,low deep processing capacity of products Low level of production technology,poor brand building and other factors.In view of the predicament of the eel industry in Taishan,Guangdong,the following countermeasures are put forward: first,innovate the production and marketing mode;second,improve and upgrade the industrial structure;third,improve the level of industrial production technology;fourth,increase the support of the government.Finally,the paper summarizes the industrialization development path of Taishan eel in order to provide reference and experience for the industrialization development of other characteristic agricultural products.
