With the development of China’s pig industry,the number and scale of farming continue to increase,and the demand for breeding enterprises to increase production efficiency and disease prevention and control is also increasing.Batch production,as an effective method to improve work efficiency and disease prevention and control,has been well applied in European countries.However,there is a big difference between the size of European pig farms and Chinese pig farms.Although some pig farms and related hormone production enterprises in China have conducted batch production process and related technology exploration,there are few comparative studies of different batch production processes in one same scale farm.This research first simulates the process requirements of different batch production modes in the new pig farm based on the requirements of batch production process related parameters,simulate the process requirements of the transition from continuous production mode to batch production mode,through simulation and comparative analysis,this experiment selected 3-week and 36-day batch production model.Then investigate the situation of a group company carrying out 3-week batch production and 36-day batch production on two similar production lines on the same farm,collect and organize the process design and import path of batch production,Track the use effect of batch production to analyze the impact of different batch production process models on production and economic efficiency and other related indicators.Through the simulation and comparison of different batches(continuous production,1-week batch,3-week batch,4-week batch,18-day batch,36-day batch)production mode.In this experiment,two similar production lines in a large-scale pig farm of a group company were selected as production practice survey objects.The design,simulation,and establishment of the import path of the batch production mode of 3 weeks batch production mode and 36 days batch production mode were collected,and the relevant data before and after the implementation of different batch production modes were collected.According to the statistics of the simulation and practical pig farms,the results are divided into 4 groups,which are the simulation of the impact of different batch production modes on the new farm on the economic benefits,and the impact of the transition from the continuous production management model to the batch production mode on the economic benefits.The simulation and statistical analysis of the effect of altrenogest feeding time on the reproductive performance of sows and gilts and the statistical analysis of the effect of different batch production modes on the relevant indicators of the farm.The main findings are as follows:(1)Through the simulation of different batch production modes under the conditions of a new pig farm,the input-output ratio of the 4-week batch production model is the highest,and the input-output ratio of the 1-week batch A model is the lowest.Among them,the input and output ratios of the one-week batch A,the three-week batch and the continuous production mode are similar and low.(2)In the simulation of the transition from the continuous production mode of the established farm to the batch production mode,the total economic benefit of batch B is the highest in one week,and the total economic benefit of batch A is the lowest in the same number of sows;Under the condition of maximum utilization,the total economic benefit of batch B in one week is the highest,and the total economic benefit of batch A in one week,continuous production and batch production mode is the lowest.Among them,the total economic benefits of the one-week batch B and the four-week batch are similar and high.(3)Through the investigation of the batch production practice farm,altrenogest has no adverse effects on the reproductive performance of the sows and gilts.(4)Through the investigation of the batch production practice pig farm,in the early stage of the batch production,the production index of the 3-week batch is better than the production mode of the 36-day batch.Need to further track batch production practices and data collection and analysis.In summary,the batch production mode has a certain impact on the production of pig farms.Different batch production modes have different degrees of impact.At the same time,different farms need to choose different batch production modes according to the actual farm conditions.This experiment provides a theoretical basis for the research and application of batch production process through the comparison of batch production mode simulation,the establishment of batch production mode and the research and analysis of relevant batch production data.It can provide a certain theoretical basis for the research and application of batch production technology.
