The Application Of The Timed Artificial Insemination And Diagnosis Of Early Pregnancy In A Scaled Dairy Farm

This study utilizes three methods of insemination,conventional artificial insemination,timed artificial insemination Procedure,Presynch-Ovsynch TAI Procedure to deal with 20161st?2nd parity dairy cows in the large-scale dairy cattle farm.Used the Rapid Visual Pregnancy Test Kit and ultrasonic diagnosis for pregnancy diagnosis in the 28d and 34d after AI,took the results of 60d rectum assay method as verification.By finishing the analysis of breeding data,(1)Used TAI and Presynch-Ovsynch TAI the process for breeding of dairy cows,the spring season average conception rate compared with the conventional fertilization increased by 7.28%and 15.26%,the average summer season conception rate increased by 7.51%and 16.43%compared with conventional fertilization.(2)Through the treatment of Presynch-Ovsynch TAI,the first breeding days form 75 to day of 63,within 50?70 d mating conception rate can reach 58.99%and with the use of Ovsynch-56 TAI Procedure,54.38%of the cows were pregnant within 120 days.(3)The result of diagnosis of cow pregnancy by Rapid Visual Pregnancy Test Kit for early pregnancy and rectal palpation,the accuracy of the diagnosis of pregnancy was 79.22%and the accuracy rate of diagnosed not pregnant was 61.54%.(4)Ultrasonic diagnosis of pregnancy compared with rectal touch less damage to the waiting for cows,and 26d in advance stretch marks;compared to the Rapid Visual Pregnancy Test Kit,pregnancy test accuracy of pregnancy is higher.Ultrasonic diagnosis of pregnancy is a reliable pregnancy diagnosis method,combined with the application of Presynch-Ovsynch TAI,which can greatly improve the efficiency of dairy cattle breeding,and increase the economic benefits of large-scale dairy farm.More worthy of popularization and application in dairy cattle breeding production.
