Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius)is an economically important pest of cruciferous vegetables worldwide.In recent years,the harmfulness of Phyllotreta striolatain has become more and more serious in China.The long-term use of large amounts of pesticides has gradually increased the resistance of it.Pesticide compounding and seed pelleting become better choices in the face of the increasingly serious pest resistance.In this article,the compound pesticides control Phyllotreta striolata on field had been screened firstly,the feasibility of using the medicine package pills to control Phyllotreta striolata from the indoor medicinal soaking test had been obtained secondly,Furthermore,the pelleting test of Chinese cabbage seeds was conducted.Finally,the system that pellets protect the growth of cruciferous vegetables at seedling stage and then cooperate with the spraying of stems and leaves at the later stage of growth to form a comprehensive system to control Phyllotreta striolata in the field had been carried out.It provide theoretical reference for the comprehensive prevention of Phyllotreta striolata on cruciferous vegetables.The results are as follows:1.In the field trial of the compounding of pesticides,the active ingredient ratio of thiocyclam:chlorfenapyr(6:4,9:1)have better control on the Phyllotreta striolata.7 days after treatment,the control effects were 91.72% and 92.40%,respectively.2.In the chemical seed soaking test,after 7 days of inoculation,the leaf damage index of each dose of dinotefuran(800,1200,1600,2400,3200,4800(g(a.i.)/100 kg seed))was only between 3.33 and 20.00,Significantly different from the damage index of the control 71.11.Dinotefuran not only didn’t affect the seed germination and seedling growth,but also showed a strong effect of protecting seedlings of cabbage.Compound formula:dinotefuran:chlorfenapyr(2:8)the leaf damage index of each dose is between 3.33 and32.22.It has an obvious control effect on the Phyllotreta striolata,and the concentration less than 2400 g(a.i.)/ 100 kg seed has no obvious effect on seed germination and growth.The above results can conclude the feasibility of the pill test to protect the cabbage seedlings.3.The results of the screening test of seed pellet filler show that the mixture of talc powder:clay = 1:1(m/m)is the best filler.When it is combined with seeds at 3:1(m/m),the seed germination rate was 94.5%,water content was 4.65%,seed rate was 100%,single seed rate was 100%,cracking rate was 100%,single grain compressive strength was 4.94(N),particle size was 2.02(mm),uniformity was 94%.4.The results of laboratory experiments on pelleted Chinese cabbage seeds showed that all group of dinotefuran,dinotefuran : chlorfenapyr(2:8)and chlorfenapyr will not affect the growth of Chinese cabbage at the seedling stage.After 7 days of insect infestation,each group of dinotefuran and dinotefuran :chlorfenapyr = 2:8 were still significantly different from the leaf damage index of the control group.the leaf damage index of them between 3.70 and 22.96,and the adult mortality rate was between 52.20% and 72.33%,the leaf damage index of dinotefuran:chlorfenapyr(2:8)each dose were between 10.00 and34.81,and the adult mortality rate was between 83.65% and 97.48%.Each treatment group has a good control effect on the Phyllotreta striolata at the seedling stage,and has a good effect of protecting the cabbage.5.Pellets field test,treatment with dinotefuran 1000,2000,4000,6000(g(a.i.)/100 kg seed)and dinotefuran:chlorfenapyr(2:8)6000(g(a.i.)/100 kg seeds)showed better results,11 days after emergence,the leaf damage index of furfuran at various doses was between23.70 and 31.85,dinotefuran:chlorfenapyr(2:8)(effective ingredient ratio)6000(g(a.i.)/100 kg seeds)was 30.74,which were all significantly different from the control damage(49.52).Each dose of dinotefuran treatment group and dinotefuran : chlorfenapyr(2:8)(active ingredient ratio)6000(g(a.i.)/100 kg seed)treatment group can maintain seedling effect until 14 days after germination.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the dosage and field effect,the dose selection was reasonable in the range of 2000-4000(g(a.i.)/100 kg seeds)of dinotefuran.
