Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius)belongs to Coleoptera,Chrysomelidae family,is a main cruciferous vegetable pest,causing great economic loss.P.striolata has abundant fertility,whose larvae and adult severe harm the root and leave of cruciferous vegetable,furthermore,it causes huge economic losses.Chemical pesticide is not a good choice for P.striolata control,with its biological characteristics.Furthermore,insecticide applications can not control it effectively and may pollute the environment,as well as cause pesticide residues and food safety problem.The aim of our study is to analyze the taxis of P.striolata by using bioassay method to reseach pheromone and host plant compound as the main materials.A higher attractive ability recipes than other insecticides were screened in this experiment,which made further analysis to choose materials and higher attractive activity mixture recipes.In this study,we get the best inducement complex and discuss the host plant volatile to analysis the attractant effect and application in field.The main results are as follows:1.We tested Cedrol,Mustard Oil,Hexanol and 3-Buten-1-yl Isothiocyanate with different doses for P.striolata adult's olfactory behavioral responses by Y-olfactometer.The results showed that the inducement rate of Cedrol to P.striolata was increased as the concentration increased,the highest rate was 74.5%,it was 0.64 g/L,but the inducement rate of Mustard Oil,Hexanol and 3-Buten-1-yl Isothiocyanate to P.striolata was decreased when the concentration increased.When the concentration of Mustard Oil,Hexanol and 3-Buten-1-yl Isothiocyanate was 1.41 g/L,1.62 g/L,and 27.00 mg/L,the lures rate was highest,both of which were greater than 50%.2.We based on the above effective dose of the induced compound,designed an orthogonal test,and tested by the Y-olfactometer and the antenna potentiometer.In the study,we analysed the rate of attractant on the insecticide level,it turned out that the Cedrol significantly effected the attractant rate of P.striolata.(a=0.05).The best inducement complex is: Cedrol was 0.64 g/L,Mustard Oil was 0.24 g/L,Hexanol was0.81 g/L and 3-Buten-1-yl Isothiocyanate was 0.02 g/L.The results of EAG showed that P.striolata in response to various different compounds,the EAG response values were significant differences in the various compounds,one of the best proportion of the strongest EAG response value,followed by Cedrol.3.The result of density test by setting yellow sticky in field showed that density of 4x4m/ block was the most economical method.We used the yellow sticky board and attractant combination,compared lure material monomer and the best inducement complex of striped P.striolata trapping rate.The result shows that the attractive effect of optimum proportion is better than that of a single attractant compound,The entrapment rate was 58.3%,the attracted numbers of adults was 735.67 heads,and the population density was ranged from 12.67 heads per 50 plants to 4.00 heads per 50 plants.The best inducement complex of P.striolata for trapping time was 3-4 days.
