Water chestnut,the common name of horseshoe,also known as ground chestnut,is a very common food ingredient that can be eaten both as a vegetable and as a fruit.It is mainly distributed in Jiangsu,Anhui,Zhejiang,Guangdong and other places in my country.At present,the harvest of water chestnuts in China is mainly carried out by manual or semi-mechanized operations.There are many problems with manual harvesting methods,mainly including low harvest efficiency,high labor intensity,and high labor costs.At the same time,it is difficult to hire people due to the migration of rural labor force.Engaged in water chestnut harvesting,in addition,the fruit harvest breakage rate and fruit loss rate depends largely on the harvester’s proficiency and sense of responsibility,randomness is greater.The existing research on water chestnut harvesting machinery at home and abroad mostly stays at the patent level.Therefore,the research on water chestnut harvesting machinery is of great significance for promoting the development of water chestnut,an economic industry.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Study on planting technology and soil physical properties of water chestnut.In this paper,the planting patterns and agronomic parameters of water chestnuts in different regions were investigated on the spot.The growth characteristics of chufa and the basic physical characteristics of chufa tuber were studied.According to the size of chufa,the parameter design basis was provided for the separation device of chufa harvester.The physical properties of soil growing with water chestnuts,including water content,consistency,cohesion and shear resistance,were investigated and studied.(2)Overall structure design of water chestnut harvester.According to the results of water chestnut field where it has been collected and sorted,using virtual prototype technology,using the Solidworks 3d drawing software to the whole machine structure design of water chestnut harvester,determine the overall structure and working principle of harvester,the harvesting machine drive system and main technical parameters for design and calculation,check whether there is the structure of the harvester parts interference,to modify and improve the position of the unreasonable.(3)Design of key components of water chestnut harvester.The structure and main parameters of excavating parts were determined by analyzing the force action between the excavating device and the soil,and the working parameters of the traction device of the water chestnut harvester were determined by calculating the working resistance of the excavating shovel,and the appropriate power input device was selected.The structure and main parameters of the separation device are determined through the research and analysis of relevant theories,including the structural design of the rod lifting chain,the structural design of the agitation separator,the design of the belt drive separation device and the structural design of the vibrating screen.(4)Finite element analysis and kinematics simulation analysis of key components of chufa harvester.According to the basic theory and method of finite element,ANSYS Workbench analysis software was used to analyze the static strength of the soil crushing mechanism and excavation parts,and the strength and stiffness of the excavating shovel teeth were checked.According to the analysis results,parametric modeling and structural optimization design of the excavating shovel were carried out.ADAMS2017 was used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the shaker of the water chestnut harvester.According to the simulation results,the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the shaker during operation were obtained by ADAMS post-processing module.The data of the motion characteristic curves provided a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the shaker. |
