Sugarcane officinarum is an important national strategic material,cash crop and biofuel raw material,which is mainly distributed in south China such as Yunnan,Guangxi and Hainan.Currently,China’s sugarcane planting area ranks the third in the world.The development of agricultural mechanization greatly promoted the development of sugarcane industry,improved the economic efficiency of sugarcane industry and reduced labor intensity.Agricultural informatization has greatly promoted the development of agriculture and gradually realized the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of agriculture.The sugarcane harvester in the informationization development in China started late and the informationization level is low,based on the sensor technology,the Internet of things technology,cloud storage technology and computer science and technology and other technology,designed a set of key techniques of the sugarcane harvester information platform,has realized the condition monitoring of key components of sugarcane harvester,path and data cloud storage and data visualization,and other functions,developed for the design of the sugarcane harvester and provides the key technical support,which has important reference value.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Research and design of the underlying hardware.The characteristics of key parameters such as torque,instrument and path to be monitored by sugarcane harvester are analyzed.The results show that the 5-channel instrument interface circuit board can accurately collect key values such as oil pressure,oil quantity,water temperature,speed and battery voltage and can be packaged.The 8-way torque interface board can accurately collect torque data and convert the RS232 level signal collected by the GPS inertial navigation module into TTL level signal for transmission.(2)Research and design of central controller.The packet format of data transmitted by the underlying hardware and the requirement of information construction of sugarcane harvester are analyzed.The results show that the central controller can realize the functions of data receiving,data processing,data storage,data transmission and data display.At the same time,the packet loss rate of the 8-way torque interface circuit board transmitted to the central controller at the frequency of 50-550 hz is between 0.04% and 0.07%,which is much lower than the bit error rate between 3.85% and 4.92% at the frequency of 550-1000 hz.(3)Design of local front-end display interface.This paper analyzes the needs of monitoring key parameters of sugarcane harvester,and the local front-end interface is developed by using the VUE.JS framework,and the front-end display interface is developed by combining HTML5,CSS,Java Script and other languages.The results show that the functions of real-time data display,historical data display,sensor parameter setting,file transfer and file deletion are realized in the local front end.At the same time,the total power consumption of 8 circuit boards of torque interface,5 circuit boards of instrument and central controller is 8.22408 W.(4)Cloud server application development.This paper analyzes the requirements of sugarcane harvester data uploading to cloud server,and USES Spring Cloud+Spring MVC+Mybatis distributed micro_service cloud framework for background development.The results show that the cloud storage of sugarcane harvester data is realized,and the corresponding API interface can be provided to different application ends through cloud service.(5)Background service management system development.The background service management system is developed based on the application development of cloud server.Through the background service management system or the local front-end display interface,the positioning accuracy of GPS is within 0.5m.
