Build Knowledge Base System Of Sugarcane Digital Model And Its Simulation Analysis About Sugarcane Harvester

Sugarcane have the important effect in design virtual prototype, which can validate the rationality of simulate and work practicability of machine.This paper analyzed about physics performance and dynamics performance of sugarcane. By unlike place, unlike breed and unlike time obtained the value of diameter, length, weight, density of sugarcane through a mass of data collect in field. And according as unlike breed and unlike time to get the value of elasticity, compression strength and friction coefficients by dynamics experiments. Using data base management system SQL Server 2000 and programming language Visual C++ 6.0 build a sugarcane knowledge base system. This system offer a reference basis for oneness and rationality of select the design parameter. Because confirmed the parameters of sugarcane, we have necessary building-up a virtual sugarcane model which have rationality and practicality to validate the rationality of sugarcane harvester. This work will be good for simulated result analysis. So this paper carried out the detail introduce and contrast based the sugarcane model by beforetime, and confirm the method that use multi-flexible to build virtual sugarcane model by using obtain parameter. Finally, using static force simulation analysis and put the flexible sugarcane model in helix device of sugarcane harvester to simulating , which can validate the rationality about the design.
