Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural Eco-economic Development In Fuxian Lake Basin Based On SWOT-AHP

With the development of human society,ecological protection has been one of the factors that we have to take into account in economic development.China has brought ecological civilization into its “Five-in-one” general layout,and it has also made a general requirement that economic development must base on the harmonious coexistence between human being and nature,and we must put the idea that “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” into practice.Fuxian Lake,as the biggest deep-type fresh lake in China,has a vulnerable ecological environment.So we have great pressure and severe challenge in its ecological protection.In the process of rural area development,developing ecological economy has been put forward,aiming to find the balance between development and environmental protection.This paper applies related theories of ecological economy and strategic management to the research on strategies of rural ecological economy development of Fuxian Lake basin.First of all,we analyze Fuxian Lake basin’s natural and social conditions,its rural economic development status,and the problems in its development.On this basis,by using SWOT,we analyze the interior and exterior development status of its rural ecological economy,thus we get 19 influential factors.After that,by establishing AHP evaluation system,we mark the 19 influential factors through field visit and consulting experts,then we calculate the comprehensive intensity that influences every factor.As a result,the intensity ranked top 2 are unique natural environment and substantial national policy support.Through SWOT-AHP analysis,we get the construction of sectional graph for strategic option,thus we can confirm SO as overall development strategy.i.e.take the advantages of its abundant natural resources and unique geographic location,seize the great opportunity from substantial national policy support and the rapid development of ecological economy concept to accelerate the sound and rapid development of rural ecological economic development for Fuxian Lake basin.And finally,according to the confirmed strategy,we give the countermeasure and suggestion on Fuxian Lake basin’s rural ecological economy development: to choose appropriate development projects,build green enterprise brand,construct management organizational structure,disseminate marketing from all aspects;to accelerate adjustment of industrial structure and establish an ecological compensation mechanism,etc.This research can be reference for related decisions on the rural ecological economy development of Fuxian Lake basin.
