In recent years,as an important part of agriculture,poultry breeding has spawned many breeding bases,and its related public health problems have become increasingly prominent.As a particularly important public health emergency,the emergence of avian influenza has made people soberly realize that poultry breeding is not only an economic benefit,but also related to the ecological environment and human health.As the main force of poultry breeding and an important carrier of avian influenza,the breeding environment of chicken has attracted more and more attention.Therefore,it is still urgent to improve the monitoring system of henhouse.In order to accurately control the poultry house environment,the most important thing is to obtain the parameter values as close to the actual environment as possible.At present,the chick house monitoring system mostly relies on the original data collected by a single sensor.On the one hand,the accuracy of this kind of data is too dependent on the sensor itself,and the higher the accuracy and the smaller the error,the higher the cost of the sensor;On the other hand,when the only sensor in a single sensor system has a problem,it will not only cause the paralysis of the whole system,but also lead to the wrong control of the system,resulting in losses.Simply increasing the number of sensors in the system will bring the problems of data redundancy,network congestion and energy consumption.Therefore,this paper intends to study the chick house environment monitoring system based on multi-sensor.First,a wireless sensor network is built to collect the environmental parameters of the chick house.Before the sink node forwards the sensor data,the collected data are fused to remove the redundant information,and then the processing results are uploaded to the cloud platform + APP for remote monitoring.According to the architecture of the Internet of things,the system can be divided into three parts: perception layer,network layer and application layer.(1)The sensing layer monitors the environmental parameters of the chick house,and collects relevant environmental parameters through multiple homogeneous temperature and humidity sensors,ambient light intensity sensors,carbon dioxide sensors,hydrogen sulfide sensors and ammonia sensors.(2)The network layer corresponds to the data transmission of the whole system.Zig Bee technology is used to collect all terminal data through the coordinator.Before the coordinator forwards the sensing data,the data is optimized through the adaptive weighted fusion algorithm,and then the results are transmitted from the serial port to the ESP8266 wireless transceiver module and sent to the One NET cloud platform through the hotspot(either router gateway Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot).The whole transmission process is wireless transmission.(3)As the upper layer of the whole system,the application layer corresponds to the One NET cloud platform.In order to enhance the user’s sense of experience and enrich the human-computer interaction interface,the system has also developed a supporting mobile APP connected to the cloud platform,which supports dynamic and graphical display of data and the setting of various parameter thresholds.When the real-time data is not within the threshold range,it will send a prompt to the user through a push message.At present,the system has been successfully debugged in the real environment of the chick house,realizing the real-time monitoring and accurate judgment of the chick house environment,and solving the problem that the current environmental factors in the chick house are difficult to be accurately and stably monitored.The system adopts ad hoc network technology and wireless transmission throughout the whole process,which makes the system easy to install,simple to maintain and highly operable;At the same time,the system has low power consumption,low cost and convenient use,so it has practical significance and promotion value.
