Raspberry is a third-generation golden fruit with great nutritional value and medicinal value,whereas occurrence of pests seriously affects the yield and quality of raspberry.In order to efficiently prevent and control pests,the composition and characteristics of the insect community,the dominant pest speicies and annual dynamic changes were studied by food attractant trapping,yellow sticky board trapping and Malay net trapping in raspberry fields in Baoding area in 2019,comparation the difference between three trapping methods.The population dynamics of several dominant pests in the raspberry field were monitored,On this basis,the efficient prevention and control technology of fruit flies was studied,and an annual scheme of fruit flies prevention and control suitable for raspberry fields in Baoding area were initially formulated.The main results are as follows:In 2019,61 988 insects were collected in raspberry fields using food attractants,yellow sticky insect boards and Malay net.They were identified as belonging to 9 orders,87 families,and 181 species,namely Diptera,Hymenoptera,Hemiptera,Thysanoptera,Lepidoptera,Coleoptera,Orthoptera,Neuroptera,and Mantodea.Among them,Diptera had the largest number of individual insects,with a relative abundance of 54.59%;Drosophilidae was the dominant family,with a dominance index of 0.195 441;the dominant families of insects trapped by food attractants,swatches and Malayan net were Diptera Drosophilidae,Hemiptera Aphididae and Cicadellidae respectively.The results of the insect community characteristic index showed that the riches index of Coleoptera was highest,which was 5.807 0;the dominance index of Diptera was highest,which was 0.5453;and the evenness index of Neuroptera was the highest at 0.699 3.In 2019,the diversity index of the insect community varied greatly during the whole growth period of raspberry,but the species were richer,the dynamics trend of the evenness index were basically consistent with it,while the dominant concentration index was reverse.D.suzukii,F.occidentalis and C.viridis were the main pests in Baoding raspberry fields.The morphological characteristic and mtDNA COI showed that there were 4 species of Drosophila in raspberry in Baoding,as D.suzukii,D.melanogaster,D.immigrans and D.hydei,the GenBank accession numbers were MT883792,MT883996,MT883960 and MT873049 respectively,and the D.suzukii were the dominant species of fruit fly in the raspberry.Dynamic monitoring of major pests populations showed that the peak periods of D.suzukii,F.occidentalis and C.viridis were from August 7th to October 9th,May 29th to August 7th,and June 26th to August 14th respectively.The results of the high-efficiency food attracting technology for raspberry fruit fly and the screening of pesticides showed that the amount of self-made sweet-sour+pineapple and sweet-sour+banana food attractant among the 9 food attractants was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05);4 kinds of chemical pesticides were used for raspberry fruit fly control test,the control effect of 4.5%beta-cypermethrin EC had the best control effect on fruit flies,and the control effect at regular concentration was 67.99%,in 30 days later.
