Study On Continuous Vertical Planting Device Of Garlic With Flip Direction

Garlic is an important characteristic cash crop in China.Its total planting area,total production and total export rank first in the world.At the present stage,the garlic planting mode in China is still dominated by manual on-demand planting,with high labor intensity,high planting cost and low work efficiency.Therefore,garlic planting machinery is urgently needed to meet the agronomic requirements of vertical planting of tooth tips.Vertical planting device is one of the key devices of garlic planting machine.Its function is to insert single directional garlic seeds into the soil,which is the last part of the garlic planting machine.In order to meet the functional requirements of these two aspects,this paper studies the garlic continuous vertical planting device for reversing and adjusting direction,and provides an effective vertical planting device for the design of garlic planting machine.In this paper,the size of garlic species and the length of sprout tip were analyzed,and the main parameters of coordination between cone bucket and transplanter were determined.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the crops and related planting machines with vertical planting requirements at home and abroad,the general scheme of continuous vertical planting device was determined according to the requirements for vertical planting device of garlic planting machine that can realize the vertical planting of buds.Single grain orientation from meet good garlic kind of stand straight slots in the soil function requirements,to reduce or eliminate planting apparatus circular continuous cropping,the horizontal velocity of the adverse impact of changing the kind of vertical planting garlic,through comparison and analysis of planting apparatus in the movement to a different location to open the soil hole formed by soil profile shapes,determines the planting apparatus in the movement to point ‘a’ speed between points a and low forward unilateral open close to its lowest position,shape the ideal planting apparatus into a cave and righting of garlic,is advantageous to the garlic kind of stand straight planting,planting apparatus open rule curve is given.According to the force analysis of the transplanter when it is in the soil,the resistance is less when the rear of the transplanter is in the vertical shape.From meet garlic kind of flip directional function requirements,according to the principle of tooth tip flip directional planting apparatus is analyzed the influence of structure parameters and the movement speed for directional rate,set up a test rig the orthogonal regression test,the regression equation is established,through the analysis of test results to determine the planting machine main structural parameters and the best structural parameters of the speed of movement combination,for planting linear velocity 1km/h,bulbil pivot highly 11 mm,open the fulcrum height 34.9 mm.According to the above research results,a vertical planting device suitable for garlic vertical planting machine was designed and installed on the garlic planting machine for field verification test.The test results show that when the operation speed of garlic planting machine is 0.8km/h,the qualified rate of vertical planting reaches 83.2%,which meets the requirements of garlic planting machine.This study realized the effective and reliable vertical planting of garlic species,and provided a reference for the research on the vertical planting device of garlic planting machine.
