| In order to understand the growth of Japanese late buds and the relationship between buds and roots,then change the temperature conditions to control the germination of buds,the balance between buds and roots,and use the relationship between them to achieve add seedlings,meet people’s demand for Japanese cherry.regard 15 years old mother tree branches as test material,hydroponics with 15℃,20℃,25 artificial incubator to study bud growth ℃and their relationship.The regulation of increase the germination and rooting rate for Japanese cherry in different periods to achieve Japan’s add breeding and rapidly bonsai.Through the observe,record and analysis data,The results are as follows:(1)Japanese primrose buds were differentiated into leaf buds.with the increase of volume,leaf number also increase in the process of buds differentiation.The differentiation was completed on December 15,and the leaves reached 10 tablets.Japan’s late cherry buds were differentiated into flower buds.with the increase of volume,petals are also increase.On August 30,the differentiation was began.on November 30,the differentiation was completed and the number of petals reached 32.(2)In the middle of October,the rooting rate of Japanese cherry branches was the highest,reaching 80%.In the case of rooting,the germination rate of Japanese cherry was the highest on 15 December,reaching 40%.the germination and rooting rate was highest on the middle of October,reaching 40%.(3)The effects of temperature on the germination rate,rooting rate and density of Japanese cherry were significant.25 ℃ is the most suitable temperature for germination.The rooting rate was the highest in the 25℃ on October 15,reaching80% and the root was relatively dense.the conditions of rooting rate followed under20℃ October 15,The rooting rate is the lowest under 15℃,the root is more sparse.(4)Degree of sleep to Japan’s buds is shallow,temperature range of lift its sleep is relatively large,15℃and 20℃ also have low temperature effect.Japan’s late buds range September 15 to December 15 in the dormant period,December 15 dormancy gradually began to be lifted.(5)During June 30 to November 30,the Japanese cherry branches are easy to take root,on August 30 the needing time of rooting is shortest,7 days.Before rooting,the first formation of callus,The base of the lenticels are expanded,the late differentiation of adventitious roots.The 0~7days was the period of adventitious root induction,7~13 days was the adventitious root formation period,and 14 ~26 days was the adventitious root elongation period for branches on August 30.(0 ~ 7d for the induction period of adventitious roots.(6)Japan late cherry buds and roots were opposed to each other.it is not easy to germinate during the period of easy rooting(June 15-November 30),and it is not easy to rooting during the period of easy germinate(November 15-December 30).(7)To October 15 of Japan’s early cherry branches.first,placed in 25℃incubator induced rooting,and then placed in 15℃ incubator,The germination rate of rooting was the highest,reaching 80%.second,In the incubator at 25 ℃ for 60 days at the low temperature of 5℃.The germination rate of the rooting was the highest,reaching 80%.the use of these two methods,achieve Japan’s late cherry seedlings of age-old technology. |
