Fuzhou Jasmine planting and tea culture system is an important agricultural heritage in the world.As the first to participate in the international selection of important agricultural heritage in Fujian Province,Fujian is committed to the development of jasmine industry to a higher level.Fujian Jasmine has a glorious historical background and profound cultural connotation.This study is divided into two parts,The first part introduces the origin and variety of jasmine in China and Fujian,And from the strengths,weaknesses,challenges and opportunities of the four aspects of the development of the industrialization of jasmine in Fujian province analysis and summary,The results show that since 1985,the development of Fuzhou Jasmine industry bottlenecks,planting area of less than the original 1/20.In this case,the focus of the production management,strengthening scientific and technological support,the introduction of favorable policies to promote the development of the industry and many other measures to promote the development of the jasmine industry has picked up momentum.However,the development of the industry is limited by the biological traits of jasmine,Small technological innovation,labor cost accounting,the farmers participation is not high so that the plantation aging slow update,Lack of extended chain of jasmine industry.International market development is not enough,and other difficulties,but also faced with the diversification of consumer choice,the domestic market competition intensifies,the cycle of rising costs and other external challenges.Therefore,by understanding and investigating the present situation of jasmine industry in Fujian province,With the industrial development is closely related to the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats are summarized,put forward the rich local characteristics of the cultural system and the comprehensive promotion of jasmine ecological planting system.These suggestions include changing the construction industry development mode,strengthen the innovation and extension of new varieties of products,industry chain and value chain.In the second part,we used virus induced gene silencing(VIGS)technique,the CHS and PDS gene conserved sequences were cloned and constructed in the virus silencing vector,the recombinant plasmid was constructed by TRV2-CHS and TRV2-PDS,Agrobacterium mediated transformation of jasmine leaves by observing the phenotype of jasmine leaves.To explore the construction process and influencing factors of the jasmine VIGS system for the later period through the VIGS system to verify the function of biological gene in jasmine.
