With the development of our country matrix soilless cultivation and balcony garden,the demand for matrix increase year by year.With peat soil in current substrate as the substrate,and the peat is a limited resource,however,because of its non renewable and high price,inconvenient transportation and other factors,forcing people to develop other substrate instead.According to the actual situation of Fujian province,this study based on the Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue a lot of waste,the factory production of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue as the research focus,first to factory production of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue on the composting treatment,and on this basis to develop appropriate tomato and melon seedling and balcony garden vegetables cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue substrate formula.For Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue,and provide a theoretical basis for resource utilization.The main results were as follows:1.Different composting treatment of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue rotten effect research.Zeolite has a strong ability of nitrogen storage,,adding zeolite can improve 23%total N content,and improving the pile body temperature and reducing the Electrical Conductivity.The number of days is greater than 55℃ reaches more than 39 days,it was 11 days longer than without zeolite addition;The addition of microbial agents help to increase the temperature and shorten the maturity time,significantly improved the Cation Exchange Capacity,total K content increased by 19.8%,total P content increased by 9%.It was concluded that the addition of zeolite and microbial agent could improve the quality of composting of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue and shorten the time of composting.2.Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue applied research on muskmelon seedlingThis experiment is to fully rotten and 5 mm sieve Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue,peat,coconut tree branny,vermiculite,according to the different proportion of 6 kinds of matrix to nursery substrates(peat+vermiculite=2:1)as a reference for melon seedling,the results showed that the different Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue complex substrate on muskmelon seedling is larger,the influence of the adding of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue matrix formula to be significantly better than control in many ways,including T2(Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue+peat+vermiculite=2:2:1),T5(Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue+coconut tree branny+vermiculite=2:2:1)has good performance.T2 is the most benefical to the growth and development of root system,which significantly improve the content of soluble protein and dry matter quality,it can promote melon seedling germination and cultivate strong seedling.T5 formula has the highest content of photosynthetic pigment and the highest content of soluble protein,leaf area is larger,strong seedling index is high,but the root volume and root furcation number were significantly lower than T2.Considering the cost of T2 can save 34%of the cost,T5 saves the cost of 56%,both can significantly reduce the cost of raising seedlings and the effect is better.3.Study on application of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue in tomato seedling.This experiment is to fully rotten and 5 mm sieve Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue,peat,coconut tree branny,vermiculite,according to the different proportion of 6 kinds of matrix to nursery substrates(peat+vermiculite=2:1)as a reference for tomato seedling,test results show that the matrix formulation of T3 is most suitable for tomato seedling growth(Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue:peat the formula:vermiculite=2:1:1),tomato seedling index,root branch number and root volume were the largest,soluble protein and soluble sugar in seedling leaves,and photosynthetic pigment content were highest in all formulations,and was significantly higher than that in conventional substrate seedlings.Using eryngii bacterial slag:peat:vermiculite=2:1:1 the formula of tomato seedling than conventional seedling and seedling saving 37%cost advantages.4.Study on Application of Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue in balcony gardenIn this experiment,Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue,peat,coconut tree branny,vermiculite as material to prepare 6 kinds of matrix formulations with conventional matrix(peat vermiculite and perlite=3:1:1)as control.The test results show that the vegetables on T5(eryngiibacterial slag:peat:vermiculite=2:2:1)have the best growth,the highest quality and yield.Physical and chemical properties of the T5 formula are in the range of ideal substrates,its bulk density is only 0.2g.mL-1,only 17%of the soil,it has good water and fertilizer retention capacity,and it meets the requirements of balcony garden on the substrate.Cultivation technology in the T5 without repeated fertilization can keep green leafy vegetables have high biological and good nutritional quality.The results of this expriment show that using T5 formula in the balcony garden for leafy vegetable cultivation can reduce the number of fertilization and it will not significantly affect the yield and quality,while the nitrate content was significantly reduced. |
