| Large scale mushroom production and pig breeding in China produce a lot of mushroom dregs and dead pigs.Improper disposal of these waste resources will cause serious environmental problems.Composting is the main way to deal with mushroom residue.However,the increase of pH value in the later stage of composting results in the general alkalinity of organic fertilizer products(pH value greater than 8.0),which is not conducive to the survival of beneficial microorganisms.The acidolysis amino acids obtained by harmless acidolysis of dead pigs can be used to adjust the pH value of compost,but how to improve the quality of mushroom residue compost by adding acidolysis amino acids needs further study.In this paper,bioorganic fertilizer was developed by adding different amount of acidolysis amino acids in the composting process of mushroom residue.Three dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis and seed germination index were used to evaluate the maturity of different composts.At last,pot and field experiments were used to evaluate the growth promoting and yield increasing effects of bioorganic fertilizer.The main results are as follows:1.In the composting experiment,there were four treatments:no acid hydrolyzed amino acid(CK),5%acid hydrolyzed amino acid(Aal),10%acid hydrolyzed amino acid(aa2)and 15%acid hydrolyzed amino acid(aa3).The temperature increased first and then decreased in the whole composting process,and the high temperature period(temperature>63℃)of adding 10%acid hydrolyzed amino acid continued Up to 25 days.During the whole composting process,the pH value first increased and then decreased.The pH value of the treatment with 10%acidolysis amino acid was 7.11 at the end of composting,and the pH value with 5%amino acid and 15%amino acid was lower than that without amino acid.The contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in Aal,aa2 and aa3 were higher than those in CK,and the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in Aal,aa2 and aa3 were the highest when 10%acidolysis amino acid was added.Adding acidolysis amino acid can reduce pH value,reduce N loss and increase the content of total nitrogen in compost.The optimum amount of amino acids was 10%of the dry weight of the compost.2.The formation and accumulation of fulvic acid and humic acid can characterize the process of compost ripening.According to the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum,it can be seen that the compost of mushroom residue after four treatments of CK,Aal,aa2 and aa3 for 40 days completely meets the requirements of ripening.Cha/CFA is the most reliable index to evaluate the maturity of compost.When the ratio reaches 1.6,the compost has reached maturity.The FRI parameters of composting process show that the ratio of Cha/CFA of CK,Aal,aa2 and aa3 reaches 1.6 at the 40th day of composting,indicating that the four composts have reached maturity completely,and the three-dimensional fluorescence of aa2 reaches 1.6 at the 35th day,indicating that the maturity of aa2 is the fastest,The light spectrum and fri parameters further proved that the compost had reached maturity.At the end of composting,the seed germination index of the four composts were all over 100.0%,indicating that the four composts were completely decomposed at the end of composting.3.14 treatments were set up in the pot experiment,which were no fertilizer,chemical fertilizer,ordinary organic fertilizer developed by adding 5%,10%and 15%amino acids,substitute part of chemical fertilizer,bio organic fertilizer developed by adding 5%,10%and 15%amino acids and substitute part of chemical fertilizer.The results showed that the amino acid bio organic fertilizer could significantly increase the biomass of Capsicum crops.The plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll and fresh weight of the bio organic fertilizer with 10%amino acid were 93.67 cm.6.76 mm,61.03 and 97.03 g respectively,which had significant growth promoting effect.The results showed that adding 10%acidolysis amino acid to the compost was the best.4.Because the result of pot experiment shows that adding 10%acidolysis amino acid bio organic fertilizer has the best growth promoting effect,so the field experiment selects the common organic fertilizer and bio organic fertilizer produced by adding 10%acidolysis amino acid.Four treatments are set up in the experiment,which are no fertilizer,chemical fertilizer,common organic fertilizer and bio organic fertilizer.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter and fresh weight of pepper increased by 5.88 cm,1.40 cm,29 g and 771.2 kg/mu,38.1%and 8.33 cm,2.23 cm,133.34 g and 2229.9 g respectively Kg,increased by 30.6%;compared with the application of common organic fertilizer,the plant height of pepper increased by 0.66 cm,the stem diameter increased by 0.63 cm,the fresh weight increased by 2.17 g,the yield of pepper increased by 350.4 kg,increased by 14.3%;the plant height of eggplant increased by 2.53 cm,the stem diameter increased by 0.62 cm,the fresh weight increased by 25.34 g,the yield of eggplant increased by 884.8 kg,increased by 10.2%.Therefore,the application of bio organic fertilizer can significantly improve the plant height,stem diameter,SPAD and fresh weight of capsicum and eggplant.Different fertilization treatments have significant differences in the yield of capsicum and eggplant.Compared with no fertilization and fertilizer treatment,the application of bio organic fertilizer can significantly promote the growth of capsicum and eggplant and improve the yield of Capsicum.To sum up,this study developed bio organic fertilizer by adding acidolysis amino acid to mushroom residue compost.It was found that acidolysis amino acid solution can reduce the pH value of compost,thus reducing the loss of nitrogen in compost;adding 10%acidolysis amino acid is the best way to promote the maturity of compost and the growth and yield of crops after application. |
