In order to In order to meet the requirements of working in Mountainous area,Northwest A&F University firstly developed the domestic the hillside light-power machine in the domestic,Especially In the development process of the gearbox’s gear and shaft,we also found some problems.Develop software that can realize CAD design and 3D design of gear and shaft.which improve design efficiency,achieve seriation design and modify design has a strong application value.after research and analysis of the design process.To develop a set of hillside light-power machine gearbox’s gear and shaft’s automatic design system,Main research contents and conclusions is as follows.(1)Using Pro/E to establish 3D parametric model of gear and shaft and establish feature database.setting the driving parameters as little as possiblily,reducing the workload of 3D modeling,Improving the efficiency.(2)The system includes the subsystems of design calculation and automatic modeling.CAD design subsystem is developed by using the Visual Basic 6.0,which selects parameters Automaticly and completes design and calculation by program.(3)Developing 3D design subsystem of gear and shaft,3D design subsystem mainly used VB to second develop Pro/E based on Automation Gateway.the user can input parameters to obtain the required 3d model of transmission parts through automatic modelling subsystem.The subsystem reduce the intensity of modeling work.(4)Equipped the gearbox with creeper,which Satisfy the requirement of the trenching operation.This effort is to achieve the automatic design of the gear and shaft and the parameterized automatic modelling to push informationization technology development and application in the design and manufacturing industry. |
